Hired them to install a patio, among other things. Big mistake. They were completely unable to do the job properly, and we ended up having to fire them midway through the job and hire another company(Hidden Lane Landscaping) to clean up their mess. Absolutely dreadful. Caveat Emptor!

Beware this firm. I am getting estimates from five firms for landscaping. The owner came to do the estimate and immediately started a hard sell. I would not have known how bad he was if I had not already talked with the other firms. He had no interest in listening to what I wanted done or in telling me what he planned to do. He only wanted to talk about money. My budget is basically unlimited; I’m just concerned about the house. He tried to convince me that his firm has resources that no other firm has; his assertions were ridiculous. He was incapable of discussing what needed to /should be done, only what we would pay him. He said that the going rate for a landscape design is $ 1,200 but that through his connections he could get a guy to do it for $ 300. Every other designer quoted me $ 300 for the design but all provided it free. He had no idea what he was going to do, but he knew what it would cost. That is impossible, since cost is dependent on the work required and materials and plants used. Do not waste your time, effort, and money on Australian Landscaping. The other firms that I am dealing with that appear to be good at this point(the bidding process) are Dominion Landscaping, B. Rushing, and K&H Landscaping(in no particular order). And always get at least three bids and check background before contracting with a firm.
