All in One Construction LLC

We just began a bathroom renovation with Issa At All in One Construction. So far, I am extremely pleased with the progress made. Issa has advised us of each and every step along the way. He puts in a full day and is extremely neat. I am very confident in his knowledge and professionalism and know that I will be pleased with the finished product. He is patient, kind and trustworthy. I would be happy to post again and add pictures upon completion of the project. Having had very bad experiences with contractors in the past, I can say that I am very pleased so far.

I hired All in One Construction to perform a «One Day Job». The final product turned out ok. I completed what Issa did not do well. He arrived without proper tools — ladder, shop vac, sander etc. His experience is questionable. Based on his lack of professionalism, tools, limited knowledge and mistakes I would never ever re-​hire this contractor.
His poor work ethic — Daily start time between 10:30 and 1 pm. He day ends towards 5:30. Lunch breaks are at least 2 hours.
Mr. Issa put a nail through the electrical wire. Then he fixed it by taping up the wire. Mr. Issa — are you licensed to perform electrical work? I do not recall having seen your credentials.
He put two coats of Spackle one over the other, with little or no dry time. Lumpy and cracking — he called this is paint ready.
I had to cut out a few small Spackle chunks from the carpet. No drop cloths.
I provided more money — after that point he will not answer my calls nor complete the job. He even left exposed electrical dangling. A door that would not close fully. The miss installed door guides dug holes into the new door.
Do Not hire this unprofessional person.

I received a phone call today (10.09.2013) from Issa, He is not happy about this review! And is now making threats due to the review. Wow!
This review was posted 2 weeks after he did not show to the property on Wednesday at 6 pm to perform the remainder of the work. He ignored my phone call on this day. I then proceeded to call 2 more times and sent him a e-​mail; all of which he ignored.
Now that he has read the review, he has called 2 times in 1 day; amazing! After my refusal to remove this review he began to make threats. «I know what I have to do from here» «you will regret this» «I will deal with you» — Mr. Issa, what am i to make of all this?
I am very sorry I ever got involved this person.
