It all depends on the ever changing staff as to quality of work. The place is geared towards children but lately I’ve felt rushed and haven’t gotten the look I asked for with my son. I’ve even showed a picture. Last time the girl nicked him and made him bleed and played it off. When it got too bad she got him ointment to put on it, filled out accident report, and then I got $ 5 off an already overpriced haircut. Needless to say that was strike three and I will not be going there again.

We to get Devins hair cut, place is really really good with kids, very nice atmosphere, great staff, but! Really not happy with the end results. He looks like he had a bowl placed on his head and got his hair cut, the back wasn’t feathered in to match very well! Not saying the person that did the hair cut didn’t know what she was doing, but it just looks bad, now I have to either let it maybe grow back out to look ok or find a local place to get it fixed…

I took my daughter here because they are a kid salon and ‘specialize’ in kid cuts. I showed the stylist a picture of my daughter’s cut she got while on vacation that I wanted done again. I was specific about what I wanted. Not only is the haircut not done correctly but it looks like a child took scissors to the back of her hair !! We’re going back to get it ‘fixed’ which probably will involve waiting another hour or more before it is our turn. They don’t take call aheads or appointment.

My kid has had haircuts, basically, since birth. When he was a year old we started using Snip It’s. I’m not gonna lie he cried every haircut for about a year. The girls were so great through each one. The fact that they can cut a moving, crying, snotty kid’s hair in record time and it still looks good deserves a kudos. As he’s gotten older he doesn’t cry but of course fidgets a lot. The lollipop at the end is usually enough for him to remain calm. Are some stylists better than others? Absolutely. They all have a way with children and can get the job done. Just some FYIs: The end prizes are not under 3 age appropriate. They don’t make appointments(when they first open seems to be their busiest time Wednesdays their haircuts are discounted They email you coupons all the time!(I have never paid full price for a cut) You can put your tip on the credit card(just let them know before you run it) I really think they are worth a try if you’re looking for a kids haircut. Worst comes to worst the hair will grow out and you never have to return.

I bring three small children here 1,2, and 4. The staff is outstanding, accommodating and professional. My 4 year old likes to move around a lot and every time I still get a good haircut. I think it went under new ownership recently because it has had many positive changes in the past year or two. A+++
