Incompetent sales person called me twice to add more to my bill. He forgot to include handles for blinds and he wanted to charge me for that after the blinds were installed. The store manager was not helpful either. Stay away from this place because they are not nice.

The salesperson was great, unfortunetly the factory made our blinds incorrectly. When we called them to discuss the mistake, (the installer said that the sales rep would call us, but 6 hours later we had never heard from him) they told us we had to make an appointment to have the installer come back out and remove the blinds before they would make new ones (despite the fact that the installer took photos of them) and he would reinstall the old blinds while they made the new ones. I would not recommend them, despite the fact that the blinds are beautiful, service after the sale is just as important…

The sales representatives were so helpful and friendly. At first, I was confused on what I wanted — blind or shade. However, they were extremely patient and assisted me in making a decision. I love my new blind and Blinds to Go will be the only place I go for additional window treatments for my home.

I purchased wood blinds a wk. ago for my new apt. and was very pleased! The staff was great and helpful, along w/​being friendly. I would go back here and highly recommend them for personalized service! The installer was great too that they recommend. Blinds were ordered and back in just approx 2 days and installer was able to come out the within the next day or 2!!! I am very happy with Blinds to Go!

I stopped in last night on the hunt for some shades for two skylights and also some blinds for other windows. The store has an amazing variety. Much much better than what you would see if you visited Home Depot or Lowes. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics. I suspect what you pay here will be higher than a big box store but in return you’ll get a higher quality and better selection.
