Wow… I’ve never had a worst massage in my life. Don’t waste your money here. They charge $ 90 for an hour massage but I went with a groupon. I wouldn’t go back if someone paid me. First off, the blanket on the massage table was moist and obviously used and not changed. They use that cheap oil and cream and leaves a lingering smell all over your clothes and everything else you come in contact with afterwards. The masseuse was the owner I believe. She was terrible. I thought it was a joke in the beginning. She just has no skills whatsoever. She was pressing down on my spine and areas that she shouldn’t be putting pressure on. She kept drenching me in oil after I asked for lotion only. To make matters worst, she started touching my face and ears with her oil drenched hands. GROSS. I kept looking at the time hoping it would just end. I wanted to just get up and leave so badly. She doesn’t wipe you down afterwards either. This place is a joke. You’re better off going to the Chinese massage places and paying $ 35. STAYAWAY.

Amazing spa. I bought my wife massage and cavitation treatment for our anniversary, she loved it! The massage therapist was amazing, the staff super friendly, and the facility very clean. After the treatments my wife felt like a brand new women. Thank you

I bought a Groupon for a mani/pedi for $ 14 a while back. Since I work in the same town I figured I’d give it a try. BIGMISTAKE. The manicurist scrubbed the side of my foot so hard I started to bleed badly. The cut lasted for 2 – 3 weeks. I was so scared I would get an infection!!! I will never return.

I got the Groupon for a Mani/Pedi here a while back. I remember my appointment being super early — 9am if memory serves, but they were being accommodating for me since I had some other engagements that I could not be flexible for. I enjoyed my mani/pedi. As mentioned in another review, English is not the first language of the woman that does the pedicures, but she was so sweet and we spoke in a Spanglish hybrid. I’m not 100% fluent in Spanish, but she was smiley and patient as I butchered my verb conjugations. They also served espresso to me while I was in the pedicure chair which I thought was amazing. I’ve never gotten a cafecito and my feet rubbed at the same time. Incredible. The salon is a bit far from home for me to go regularly, but I’d suggest it to anyone that lives in the area as far as manicures and pedicures. I can’t speak for the facials or massages.

I have gone to Vivas Salon and Spa 3 times for massages and they were great. Yesterday was my 1st experience with waxing, and I WILLNEVER go back again. AVOIDATALLCOSTS! I wanted to make an appointment to get waxed(upper leg and bikini) and the woman said there was someone there that could have done it that day so I stayed. BADMISTAKE! The lady had NO idea what she was doing. She had missed a lot of hair on my legs that I was there pointing out spots for more than 15 minutes to have her correct what she did wrong. IT was horrible! And when it comes to the bikini, granted, it was not as painful as past experiences, but when there was wax ALLOVER my clothes because she refused to put down the waxing stick as she pulled the strips, that’s a problem. When she was«done» and it was time to leave, the woman that had told me to stay and get waxed wasn’t even there anymore. The masseuse was the one that was taking payment. The lady had up and left! So unprofessional. And then to have chunks of wax still on me when I got home to shower, yet another problem. I ultimately finished waxing myself in the shower as I was trying to remove the mess that was left behind. HORRIBLE! I have no problems going back there again for massages, but I will NEVER return for any type of waxing, and I will make sure to let others know too because I don’t want them going through the nonsense I went through. So disappointing.

I found this place via Groupon for a massage… I must say LOVE the hot stone massage, very relaxing and clean atmosphere. After the massage I enjoyed a mani-pedi special they had going on :)

I had a Groupon for a mani-pedi. They were busy, so one lady(Marta) did my manicure, and another did the pedicure(I don’t remember her name). The manicure was awesome, and the pedicure was good. I will return, but I will try to get Marta to do both the mani and the pedi next time.

I bought a groupon deal for manicure-pedicure, and I have been trying to get an appointment for last two weeks, but I haven’t got one so far. I realized that they do not easily make appointment for the voucher holders on fridays and saturdays. It’s so hard to even get an appointment on a convenient time. I am not going to buy any other deal for this place. I will not recommend any one to buy any deal for this place.

I bought a groupon for a spa mani/pedi. This is a hair salon that has 2 pedicure chairs and 3 manicure stations. The nail polish selection is ok, some Essie and OPI but they don’t have a lot of lighter colors. The lady who was doing pedicures was busy so I had my manicure first. She cut/filed my nails, pushed back/cut my cuticles, applied a scrub with a light massage, hot towel, and polish. I’m not sure where the spa part was. The pedicure was better with an exfoliating scrub except that the woman looked tired and she applied scrub to one foot but not the other. She didn’t speak English very well and when I told the owner(?)(who was conveniently getting her nails done next to me), she told me I must have forgotten. Really? Thankfully, the pedicure lady did reapply scrub and didn’t seem too annoyed by it. I really wanted to like this place. I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a go to nail place but I will not be going back.

I was so disappointed with this salon. I had a groupon deal for a keratin treatment and had it done. When she washed it out my hair I was shocked! My hair was worse than when I had first gone in!!! I was so mad and upset, this was obviously NOT a real keratin treatment but some cheap conditioner that ruined my hair. I called them to inform them of what happened, but they didn’t even care. Please beware before you come here!

I bought a living social deal for a 30 min body scrub and 1 hour hot stone massage. When I walked in, it just looked like a small salon and nail place but the back of the place was like a mini spa. The woman that gave me the scrub and massage was very nice and professional. The scrub only lasted about 10 min, but it was fine with me because it was a bit painful. The massage though was a different story. It was incredible!!! She really knew what she was doing concentrating on the parts of my back and shoulders that really needed to be worked on. The only reason why they get 4 stars is that I was in and out of the place in about an hour when it was supposed to last 1hr and 30min. The prices are really reasonable so I’ll def be doing back. I need to update my experience at this place. The massage was so good that I went back a week later to try out a facial. It was the WORST facial I have ever gotten. During the hour long facial, she was out of the room for about 45 min. She left the steamer on my face and left for 20 min, she then came back did a very light extraction and put a mask on my face and left again for another 20 min. And when she removed the mask and put on the lotion on my fade, I looked at the clock and she finished a good 5 – 8 min early. There was no neck/shoulder rub or any type of facial massage. I could of done exactly what she did at home. And the products they use at the spa are not of good quality and smelled terrible. I asked the week before how much a facial was she told me $ 50. I thought, «ok that’s really cheap why not give it a try.» I was so livid at the end of my experience that I just wanted to pay and get out, but then she tried to charge me and extra $ 10!!! I asked why she was charging me 60 when she told me 50, she just said«oh I told you $ 50??? oh ok, you pay $ 50 this time.» It the the biggest waste of money that I have ever spent. I will NEVER go back here again.
