One of the best Persian restaurant with high quality food in the area. Try Baghali Polo & Mahicheh :)

Had the kebab sultani and it was really good. Nice place, clean, friendly staff and priced reasonable. If you are in the area it’s worth the trip to come to this place.

Amazing food. Hands down when of the best Kabab Restaurants in the area. Very fresh, juicy meat and very nice flavor. Will def recommend and will be visiting many more times in the future! Had the Mixed Kabab and wife has the Lamb Chops. Can’t go wrong with either one.

Me and my hubby went here today and let me tell you ASPERSIANSWETOTALLYGIVETHISPLACETHUMBSUP! The food was absolutely spectacular and lived up to our expectations. If your in the mood for your mothers Persian food this is the place to go. Living in NY and having a ton of commercial Persian restaurants this place is defiantly worth the drive. The place is very casual not a dress up type at all but the food was off the hook. We hadi the kashkebademjoon which is an eggplant spread with garlic, some mastoMousir(yogurt with shallots) and tahdig which the Persian crispy rice with traditional GhormeSabzi a stew with beef and herbs for appetizer. This might sound like a lot for non Persians lol but it was all so yummy. We also ordered the combo for two which had two skewers of ground beef cooked to perfection, chicken breast kabab and one skewer of filet mignon pieces. This came with saffron flavored basmati rice. We ate the whole thing!!! To top it off we ended the meal with traditional Persian black tea and some baklava. WEWILLDEFINITELY come back and recommend this place to anyone who is into Persian food or even want to try authentic Persian food! Also the girl there was really nice and sweet forgot her name but she was very sweet.

I got invited to come to this restaurant with my sister and her friends. I’ve had kabobs before but never eaten Persian food. The food is very tasty and will definitely come back. Parking isn’t that great especially during the winter but the combos and apps were very good.

I tried this place since they had free delivery and I wasn’t disappointed. We ordered the kabob koobideh and the fesenjan. Both were decent and had mild flavors that I could dress up how I wanted. The Israeli salad that came with it was small but definitely yummy. Overall a nice place and the free delivery was a plus! Also if you check in on Unilocal You get 10% off your order!

This place is a real gem ! Authentic Iranian food that’s fresh and delicately spiced… I grew up in the Middle East and the food here is def. as good as it gets. The people who own this place are wonderful too !

Had lunch here. The service is EXCELLENT! The decoration is clean but hideous, i came without my significant other, she would not like the looks and probably would not go in. Lunch special Kabob was very good, served with a roasted tomato and flavorless rice. Not a bad dish, not great. I ordered a diced salad with Cuke, tomato, onion & pepper. This was fair at best, dressing sucked. The serving was half of a small bowl, not attractive. Look at my pictures.

Food is very expensive for what it taste and how the place is. Place looks like a cafeteria and food is not something you will go back for. We had lunch — eggplant appetizer, Zereshk Polo with Joji kabob, kabob mix — total $ 55.00 and this is just lunch on a place that looks like a deli. Make your decision. Food is meh… can be better. Cooks are Latinos, not even Irananian — so maybe that’s why the food is mediocre. A block down is Cinar — now that’s good food and cheaper, and much better ambiance and excellent service — the Adana kabob is the best!!!

We went there for Kalle-Pacheh in March and we ended up ordering 3 extra meals as it was so delicious, the kalle pacheh was awesome, better call to check before heading there! It is not a fancy place but it’s really comfy and clean! The staff are nice and i totally recommend it.

I ordered kabob khoobideh and ghormeh Sabzi and the food was delicious, but the portions are very small. You will not be full with one order, unless your on a serious diet!!! The food is overpriced and can be portioned better to serve customers. The only thing that was given in abundance was bread, which is not exactly what we came here for.

Perfect neighborhood middle eastern restaurant. We order their food routinely whenever we have company and it never disappoints. Would highly recommend them!

The food was good but a little pricey. They have a good selection of Persian food, which I found similar to Turkish. It was my first time at a Persian restaurant and my Iranian friend made some good recommendations. However, Kabob on the Cliff would not honor their 10% off for checking in on Unilocal offer. For that I’ve deducted a star for false advertising.

Best koubideh! Love the bread, falafel, beef kabobs. We tried many Turkish restaurants in the area, and keep coming back to this one.

Solid food except the kashke bademjan that was very cold and bland. Good size portions with a lot of flavor. slightly depressing ambience but quick and local Persian food in a casual setting is not common.

The menus were dirty, sticky, greasy and had hair stuck to them. The sharizi salad did not have any herbs and was made with bottled lemon dressing which ruined the taste. The kabob was dry and not a good quality meat. The rice did not taste fresh, it was dry and tasteless. Dessert was served in a plastic container with cheap plastic spoons while still eating in the restaurant. Service was awkward and everything was overpriced.

First time trying iranian food. Stopped by on a saturday night and decided on this place rather than istanbul borek nxt door which was packed. There was only one table of guests, but they were iranian, which was a good sign. The woman working there was straightforward and informative. She answered all our questions and was nice. Food was yummy(fyi i was extremely hungry) and portions satisfied even my fata$$. Another two iranian guests came in and talked up an iranian storm with the nice woman. Overall, my fat butt left full as crap and I thought the value was pretty good cuz of the large portions. Also a plus that natives can be found here. Nice no b.s. service and large portions means my hungry face will be back.

We’ve tried every single kabob here, and have never been disappointed. The koobideh, joojeh chicken, and barg are all lovely. The service here could be better, however it usually isn’t very busy during the day, so it’s not difficult to get what you need. We’ll always come back here, even though it’s a bit out of our way, it’s worth it.
