THE WORST! Hired for a chimney inspection. Showed up 2 hours late. No call, no «I’m sorry» … nothing. Called numerous times during the 2 hours and was put on hold. No service. Two men showed up, both aggressive and rude. They demanded to be paid or refused to leave the property. We had to call the POLICE to get them to leave. The Police were so concerned they sat and «watched» the house long after they left. There is a Police report on this incident. I have accompanied my clients (I am a real estate agent) to inspections for 25+ years and have never had an experience this bad. I would strongly recommend that you STAY AWAY from this firm. I don’t believe it is legit. It was a scary incident and totally unnecessary. Save yourself the aggravation and call a reputable vendor.

I concur with all of the others on this. Arber and his company do not deserve even one star. He made a appointment to come to my home at 10am. I started to reach out 3 days prior to confirm this with him. After 3 voicemails and 3 texts, not only did he not get back to me but he never showed up period. Quick tip Arber, maybe think about changing your name to Allstate’s Un-​Dependable or maybe get out of the business world all together. You are clearly not a professional businessman.

good luck trying to get someone on the phone. They play piped in music from 1920 and you are not even sure you are talking to a real business. I think you should change the name to Allstate un_​– reliable, llc

They are the worst!!! I made an appointment with their «office» which is some girl’s personal cell phone, who only answers when she feels like it. Then they confirmed the appointment for the next day and said he would call a half hour before arriving. The guy called 45 mins past the time he was supposed to show up. Then he never even emailed me the written estimate he promised he would be sending. So unprofessional and I would never trust them to do work on my house!!!

These people don’t even deserve a star. Just like the previous posts, my husband called to see when they were coming because they missed their scheduled time. Essentially, he was left on hold, then hung up on & no call back. Do not even bother calling – waste of time!

Never showed up for estimate. When I called to ask when they were coming they said we were never put in the schedule. Customer service was poor and they were very rude. They also third party out their services.
