Well, cute lil store… been there twice and still cant tell if it is a bakery. very small, craft store. just don’t know… sad that both times she was kinda rude, and ignored me… until I paid and she said, we don’t take debit/​credit cards. Really?.. who has cash… so, I ran across the street to a cvs and bought a pop, got 30 bucks back. and paid the owner… anyhow. I wish her well, as I always support neighborhood businesses. and Old Brooklyn is the Best Hood in Cleveland… Old Brooklyn!!!

I met Kate recently when she was supporting a local cat shelter/​adoption event at her bakery.
Kate is a strong supporter of Old Brooklyn, local artists, and Lucky’s Angels Cat Rescue. Not to mention an awesome baker!
All of her items are hand made — from scratch — with love and care. She has many delicious items available daily. My favorite are the chocolate biscotti and orange cream muffins. And the oatmeal cranberry cookies!!!
It’s cool a small business owner has this much interest in local fund raising and is willing to support others.
She also has many crafts created by local artists for sale.
My new fav Old Brooklyn bakery!!!
