Door installation through Built Rite was an awful experience. Three phone calls were unreturned. After 3 weeks, the morning of the install (I took a day off of work) they called and said they couldn’t install that day because the doors at Home Depot were damaged. Poor planning on their part. They did come after I insisted Built Rite go to a different store to pick one up. Installed wrong door knob. The bill from Home Depot arrived 3 weeks before door was installed (They did adjust bill after my complaint). The Home Depot side of things were better, but Built Rite works for them. They are at fault too. Too much competition out their to return to Home Depot.

I love that tho place doesn’t treat me like I’m stupid for being a girl. Staff is always helpful and never steers me in the wrong direction!

As a military veteran I found out that this store gives a 10% discount to all Vets year round. Not just on Veterans Day. I’m one of those people that really believes in supporting local businesses but this place is great and always has great deals. Helpful staff and they even have classes for those wanting to learn to DO IT YOURSELF…

Home Depot is slightly better than Lowe’s imo. I like their colors, store layout and service better. Seems like Lowe’s and Home depot both are improving their customer service. EVERY employee greets me now throughout the store. This is good because most of the time, I can’t get help.
I am having Home Depot install my bathroom next week and I can’t wait.
