So a year later… I am going to close my account and open it elsewhere. I have other accounts, including two at First Tennessee and the contrast is stark.
Seems like everytime I need to go to Suntrust I spend a lot of time waiting. That alone is not a major issue. But the fees seem too high. Paying $ 25 a month for a business account I don’t use that much… and then getting charged $ 50 to do a domestic outgoing wire transfer? Wow…
