Metro Lexus Auto Spa

I was looking for a car wash that would be gentle on my Mercedes and I figured where best to go than another luxury car dealership. So I stopped in here. There was a line to get in as it was just a few days after a snow fall, but the line flowed consistently.
Upon entering there was an employee to power wash the wheels manually and direct you to pull in so your left wheel aligned with the track. You stay in your car for the wash.
The wash definitely was gentle on the car. So gentle that my car left dirty still — especially on the rear bumper and around the license plate area. There was also dirt on the front grill still.
You have to bring your own towels to dry your car as there are no employees to do this and the blowers at the end of the wash do not do a 100% perfect job, especially not on the front windshield.
Free for Lexus owners and $ 9 for everyone else for a basic wash not covering the bottom. $ 9 for Lexus owners for a wash with a bottom cleaner and $ 20 for everyone else. When I went the man did not ask what wash I wanted — he didn’t speak to me. So I guess if you want to upgrade roll down your window and catch his attention.
The man also let my Mercedes go through free of charge. I didn’t bother to say anything since I had a free coupon for a wash anyways from a local valet service, but overall the staff did not deliver on the service I hear everyone talk about in regards to Lexus.

I believe the Metro Lexus Auto Spa is truly a best kept secret. Nothing is advertised about it on the dealership’s website other than customers of the dealership receive courtesy car washes. No Lexus? No worries. They offer a drive thru car wash for $ 9.99 for all of the rest of us.
Went recently on a warm day and there was only 1 car, in line, ahead of us. I wonder if people assume it is only for the use of auto dealership? The attendant takes a soapy soft brush and pre-​cleans the back of your vehicle and wheels which I thought was a very nice touch.
