Apparently my mom lives here cause when I sat my stuff down on the floor to look at other things nearby cause my hands were full. some employee asked me if those were my items, to which I replied «yes», she then said «well are you gonna pick it up»?
I said yes I am and she walked away like a damn snob. I noticed she lingered for a bit to see if I was going to pick my items up or maybe to see if I was gonna talk smack to my friend about her dumb ass, either way, I’m not going there again, not because of this dumb broad, but because this marshalls ain’t got any good shit! 1 star!

Some days I just need something to pick me up. Usually a trip to Marshall’s does it. Where else can I roll a too small plastic shopping cart and be able to toss into it almost any thing that makes me smile. A bright winter scarf, TOSS, a Brazilian cook book, TOSS, an iPad leather case, TOSS, a tiny pig whisk, TOSS, a jar of marmalade, TOSS. Rarely will my cart full of never before seen together things cost more than $ 100. Others may turn to alcohol but I turn to Marshall’s for escape. My house is a bit cluttered tho.

I like this one but didn’t buy anything… Nothing reached out and grabbed my wallet…
The point of the visit was to see what is coming out in fall coats…
Now I’ve been hunting around for a couple of weeks for something that says, BUY ME!!! but it hasn’t happened yet… Okay okay patience is a virtue I suppose, I can tell ya that if you want some Ohio State stuff they literally have racks and racks of it…
Thats not a bad thing considering the alternative brown and orange…
Enough said!!!
I will keep poking around till I find what it is I am not looking for!!!

I’ll admit it. I love Marshall’s. And TJ Maxx, too. Living on a graduate student budget isn’t always fun, but Marshall’s makes it a little bit easier. In fact, I probably spend too much here because I end up buying 10 items instead of the one I came in for! I could wander through the back aisles of this store (kitchenware, specialty food items) for hours.
This store is well-​maintained and the items in stock are usually pretty decent. Once in a while I come too late and find that a great find is only left in one size (which seems to happen often with shoes). Still, a great place to spend an hour looking for some hidden gems.

Marshall’s is a TJX company (TJ MAXX). Basically, this is where you go to get in-​fashion, decent (middle of the road) quality items for less than other deptartment stores. Basically, I go here when I am looking for dresses for weddings, boots, and luggage.
