It’s been one year since i bought an RSQ 747 karaōke machine and 18 000 songs. To date all i have received is excuses why it is not their fault, but RSQ’s. Chuck sounds honest on the phone, but is the biggest phony i have encountered in my 65 yrs of life. I am going to the authorities in Ohio to try to settle this, because all they do is stall me.
