Secret tip for everyone, but especially for those who too many times went to Avalon in Coventry and left disappointed.
So this place is … amazing! You will find here very, very beautiful items in the unusual stage of excellent condition and … take a deeeeep breath: cheap. OK, bad association-​word, so let me re-​phrase that: very, very affordable! And beautiful! And cheap, oh no, again, we wanted to say: well worth whatever they put on that price tag.
You must go there to believe it, because there is no vintage shop in this town or anywhere else I can think of where you can find this quality, originality and really something you actually want to have and wear for these prices.
The beautiful ladies who run this place are … well, beautiful. Stylish. Professional. You will like shopping there.
And. In case you are an art lover, or even an artist: you can go there and you can have a show there or attend one. I am not sure if it is wise from an artist’s viewpoint because you might not be able to draw the attention you wanted onto your artwork, everyone as soon as they have a glass in their hands will start browsing clothes, but it depends a bit on your marketing finesse.
So. If you are looking for that special piece that does not exist in reality, here is does and you can afford it too and after you carry it home it will not change back into a pumpkin.

Still Fabulous. Check them out and you’ll thank me later! Beautiful store and exceptionally nice people. They have a great sense of style and knowledge of what styles are trendy, but also have timeless and classic pieces as well. Good for all ages. They do have a large room in the back with children’s items as well as a small section of men’s clothing.

When I was searching for a shop to consign my clothing, I came across Eclectic Closet Boutqiue in Tremont. So far, I’ve had a great experience with ECB.
They’re a higher end boutique located on Scranton Rd and it’s very easy to pass by it. The inside of the store is really beautiful and well-​maintained, and they are very selective about the items that they want to consign.
The owner is great. I went in a few months after dropping off some clothing, and she remembered me. Always a great feeling. She’s also young, trendy, and super cute. :)
I dropped off 3 Ann Taylor dresses in mid-​summer, which was a little late for the season. I would suggest going in early enough so that people can take a look.
I was looking for a place that would really take care of these clothing items, and I’m happy to say that ECB was the place! Consigners get 50% of the share, and there is no minimum for how many items you need to bring in.
