Average service but the selection was pretty good. I went there looking for a specific insole that they carry but the did not have the size I was looking for which we found out after waiting 5 minutes to find someone to check the back of the shoe section. I had to drive to the local running store that had a better selection of Super Feet.

4 for the quality of items here but 2 for the prices, therefore 3 total stars. The employees are hit or miss at times where I find older is better but depends on what your interested in buying. The store itself is pretty nice, well kept, clean, and usually has most of your sporting goods needs. I did a little shopping there for the holidays thanks to the back of a Captains game stub giving me $ 10 off of $ 50. Given the options in that area for sporting goods supplies, its worth not burning $ 5 in gas to go across town.

Lack of knowledge and unhelpful staff, continually understocked items and long lines at the cashier are just a few reasons why I’m not a fan of Dick’s. I’m just tempted to sign up for their damn rewards card, too, so I’m not asked if I want to join, and if I’m sure I don’t want to join. I shop here when I need to run in quick, grab something and get back to what I was trying to do(lately, for those bike accessories I realized would make my bike-riding experience more pleasant) … problem is, it’s never a quick trip, at least at this location. If you’re looking for basic sporting goods equipment, I suggest Target or Walmart. They’ll likely have better prices, too. Giving an extra star b/c they’re only a mile down the road and it really is convenient.
