Cleveland’s Elite Launch Party @ Reddstone

+ yay for first CLE elite event (it’s about time we got some love here!)
+ free alky-​hol and food (you can’t go wrong there and who’s going to complain about free stuff? props to three olives and magic hat)
+ meeting/​hanging/​putting faces to names of new Unilocalers
+ a great space @ Reddstone with lovely ambiance (i’m a big fan of exposed brick)
+ delicious cuppy cakes from La Bella
+ Unilocalstick!
— i missed out on the pizza
— barfing the next day due to maximum consumption
— looking like i belong in a «moms gone wild!» video in the pics
— only eating one of those nommy-​licious cuppy cakes
overall, i had a great time (that’s all that matters) and i’m looking forward to more CLE elite events!

I second everyone’s review. I think I thanked Cara or at least gave her an addagirl about 10 times. I’m really not sure what else could have been done to make this better but if there is I’m sure Cara will make it happen at the next Elite party.
I never tried the food because it was basically well picked over by the time I showed up fashionable late. I was able to sample some of the free booze and beer which when you put free in front of either of those words its an A++++ in my book.

Great first event!
It was nice to put more faces with names. Lots of freebies and one of my favs, Magic Hat :)
The space was cool, I loved the outdoor patio. Very cozy with the wood burning fires.

I finally got to put faces to the names I see on here everyday. And when these faces get some free booze in them they’re pretty fun.
The pictures all look amazing as did the venue itself. Perfect ambiance for the event.
The cupcakes tasted like baked heaven itself. Probably should have sampled the food, too, as cupcakes are not dinner.
Seeing as how all the food, cupcakes, booze and swag was consumed, I’m pretty sure everyone left a happy Unilocaler!

I’ve been waiting for something special to write my 100^th review on– This is PERFECT!
I really don’t think this event could have gone any better than it did.
Upstairs at the Reddstone is a cozy environment with lots of atmosphere, and there were plenty of people to mingle with yet not enough to feel too crowded.
The provided food from Reddstone and Labella cupcakes was delicious, and while I didn’t partake, I’m sure the Three Olives and Magic Hat were greatly appreciated as well.
It was very cool to have so many people whose reviews I have read and heeded in one place and talk to them in real life. The fact that everyone «kind of «knew everyone beforehand from Unilocal added an odd layer, but it also helped to break the ice.

What a fantastic event! Like Peter W. said, I really think everything was spot on. The room had a great ambiance and a good setup for mingling. (I liked it so much, I’m considering throwing a party there!) I enjoyed some free Three Olives vodka and my guest loved the Magic Hat beer. There didn’t seem to be too much vegetarian food (maybe it was just dark and I couldn’t see it? or other people got to it before I did) so I only ate a cupcake. But it was delish!
I think these events are a great way to meet people and get exposed to different venues and products. Can’t wait for the next one!
