We went through Jerry Cycncynatus for refinancing –which was done professionally and we were happy with. Then we went through him for a mortgage — and it was the worst process I’ve ever been a part of. He was unprofessional, slow to respond, rude on the phone and overall Charter One/​RBS Citizens does not have an efficient or effective loan process. DO NOT USE THEM.
