Called on a Friday to make an appointment for Monday at 4. I arrived early to complete all the paperwork and asked the receptionist if I’d be done by 5. She wasn’t sure. At 4:30 she said that I wouldn’t make it out by 5 because there were 5 people in front of me. 5 people in front of me 30 minutes after I was supposed to be seen. Why take an appointment if you can’t keep it? It is inconsiderate of your patient’s time.

I really think this place is great. The doctor (Grebner) was very considerate and told me everything I needed to know and was very helpful and friendly. The front office staff and the rest were also perfect.
