It was my 15th or the 16th visit to this location. Can’t resist giving them a Perfect rating. Their Salads are the best and we end of getting half our entrée to go. Will continue going to This location and would compliment the service too was awesome!

We stopped here for dinner during a long toad trip. It was not crowded at all. Our server was super friendly and welcoming. I asked if there was coffee and she said they could make some for me if I didn’t mind waiting. I liked that. Others might just say NO and move on. I had the Thai Crispy Chicken. I love spice but there is none to this, it’s more in the sweet side but the flavor was so good. My husband had the petite filet and it was cooked to a perfect medium. We will add this to our trip planner everytime we drive through.

This was my first visit to this location, and I have to say that I was pretty disappointed in the entire experience. I was there with my family and wife’s parents. We were seated pretty quickly, but stuck in a booth which did not seem bad until we asked for a highchair as the little one wanted to walk all over. Problem is, the location we were seated in would not allow for it, not a big deal, but they should have seated us to a more open space seeing we had a toddler with us and may ask for one. The next issue I had was the waiter. He seemed to talk down to us everytime he came by. It may not have been his intent, but I kind of wanted to smack him to talk at a more comfortable level. Delivery of any refills on drinks was so behind, I gave up hope and never got one. Yes I did flag down a new waitress, but the drink arrived just before we wrapped up. The food was really bland. My noodles were not even close to being done, the pizza thing the little guy got was bad enough the he wound up eating the chicken out of my meal and pushed the pizza away; and this kid loves pizza when we give it to him. I did not bother getting my nodded addressed because by this time we were 25 minutes in just waiting on the food. All in all, I would try again incase it was an off night, but it will not be a «hey let’s go here» when there are other places to go in the area.

Ok, this place had pretty good food, some of it was a little greasy but that’s fine. But now service. This service was terrible my mother in law didn’t get her food until I was done eating. And our waitress was barely at are table All in all 2 stars

My favorite part of the experience was the service. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. She handed me the allergy menu right away when I explained I had a milk allergy. This menu made ordering a breeze. This ruby Tuesday is the nicest location I have been to. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. The spring roll appetizer was very tasty but did not look very good. They seem to have hacked the spring rolls before serving them. My food was so so. I had the crab cakes and they were fishy and had a lot of filled. The broccoli side was fine. The presentation was lacking on my dish and my husband’s meal as well. Overall an average meal which is what I expect at a chain restaurant.

Good food! But, we were very impressed by the service! We waited for 25 minutes on a Friday night(which we totally expected by the way) and yet the manager sat us and apologized for the wait. She also treated us to a free appetizer because of the wait. Excellent customer service.

Food was great. Customer service was horrible. It took awhile to get seated and waited on. There was no one else waiting and no one else sitting at the bar. Bartender took so long to ask if I wanted another drink that I declined.

Went for lunch, place had very little business at the time. Hair in the mushrooms in the salad bar, took the food a long time to come, but it was hot when it got there. Lunch for 2 was over $ 40 without alcoholic drinks and for modest portions.

Love the new Pretzel Burgers! Everybody has a pretzel bun these days but this one tastes like a real pretzel.

My birthday and Ruby gives you a free burger and fries. So we go. Turns out that TUESDAY they are short handed. Chickie says, not asks, but says you can sit at the bar. We say no. Eyes rolling. We wait… Finally we ask are there booths at the bar? Yes. So we order two burgers and salad bars(2.99 now not free) and two sodas. Total after bullshit was 24 bucks including one free burger. Not happy with my local Ruby.

so i have gone here very skeptically with my coupon clipping wife three times in a row and have to say i am reluctantly impressed. Word has it that there was a major shake up in management recently and the new management’s attitude deserves praise. There was a(by the management’s standard, not mine) a delay one time in one of our dishes and we got a freebie and an apology. Another time there was understandable confusion over my wife’s multiple coupons and gift cards and the manager swooped in like a swat team. The food was excellent and ample. I am not a fan of franchises, but I would go back even without a coupon.
