I would like to add an update that when Spa Manufacturers became aware of the problems I was having with the wood on my Tiki bar, they were quick to send someone out to repair it. The roof was sanded and re stained and I got a brand new bar counter. They followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy.

Good company to deal with after having some miscommunication earlier.
My sister bought this spa and overall she’s satisfied with their customer service, thanks to Karla who went over extra miles to meet customer needs.
Spa is good so far, only less than 2 months old. We will update this review if anything change.

Karla, their manager, went the extra mile to resolve some earlier issues. She had a service company come out to adjust the tub and now it is just about perfect. She will even send out some blinking lights that I know the kids will like. We’ll be swimming in our swim spa this weekend. Thanks Karla.
