Slades Trades

Let’s start with, we are very picky on the antique/​trade stores we frequent. We walk out at the first sign of dust and overwhelming mustiness. We walked into a well lit, fresh smelling boutique. Everything in the front room was organized, well cared for and managed properly. As we ventured into the backrooms, we were greeted with large open areas of treasures galore! Knickknacks weren’t strewn about. It seemed everything was purposely put where it was. Presentation of even the smallest and cheaper items were displayed with pride. Scott, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and we came to an EASY agreement on two vintage chairs we fell in love with. We live right around the corner and he’s even delivering them, free! Been in the neighborhood now for two years and drove by way too many times without stopping. My only regret is not finding this gem sooner!
