I have had an account with this company for years, spend multiple thousands year after year, with them. Today I call to renew my scan tool certificate and get told I have to pay $ 300 because I was $ 500 short of there min. $ 4000 order last year.
Ask if there is someone who could waive that fee, told NO !!! ???
Ok no need to argue with this department. So I call the customer service department and get told sorry we dont control that department.
So hear I am giving a one star for poor customer service and lack of support on this company.

This place has saved my butt so many times. They helped me resurrect my 96 zxi from the dead. Their «no fault» warranty on engines is the best thing since sliced bread. Great product, fast shipping, knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask for?
