Stay away from this company. I ordered magnification from this company and I got a tiny loop magnifier that was dirty. the box was opened, and the focal points where out of focus. I returned it — they would not refund shipping and they did not refund me until I proved to them that it was returned within the 10 days (postal track). Then they charged me 15% restocking fee — even though it was a defective product. It seemed like they wanted to make the return so hard that I would give up. STAY AWAY — I wished I saw Joseph’s review before I purchase anything from this business. I wish I could give it minus stars.

I ordered a personal pager from this company. It worked intermittently. I am a busy physician and sent the pager back WITHIN the 14 day return period. Apparently because they didn’t recieve product by the 14 days (from los angeles) they tried not to refund me. Also, they claimed that it worked fine and would NOT refund shipping (10 $).
What a terrible business to deal with
