Terrible experience. Be very careful because I spent $ 3,000 on a Serta iComfort Savant that was impossible to sleep on. It was too hot, dented permanently after only a few weeks, and they wouldn’t exchange or return it. The sales rep will tell you you need to keep it 30 days and then if you end up not liking it and call them they simply say sorry there’s nothing they can do. You will be out all of that money and stuck with a terrible mattress. Serta the actual manufacturer, has a published 120 day in home trial on their website. Hudson Furniture, one of their distributors, doesn’t care to honor it. The store the manager (DM) says she does not have the authority to honor the Serta exchange or refund policy. She is just so sorry but I am now out of $ 3,000 and stuck with this terrible mattress. The lesson learned is don’t buy a mattress from a furniture store, but if you do get the return and exchange policy settled up front.

Run, just run! Hudson’s used to be my go to for furniture. Great brands, excellent customer service, and knowledgable sales reps. Not the case anymore.
This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever worked with. I ordered over 8k in furniture over 3 months ago and due to the sales rep selling me a table in a size that is not available, selling me an console in which the dimensions he confirmed to me over and over were incorrect, and the free delivery guys that showed up 3 hours late and incorrectly threw together a $ 2500 table and brought in a visibly broken chair, I still do not have my order. Nor do I know the cost of my furniture since the table I ordered I was told was not available and I needed to go down 10 inches.
If you like and purchase quality furniture I would recommend going to a quality furniture store where they understand professionalism and customer service.

Great experience all around! They had exactly what my husband and I were looking for and the selection and purchase process was made easy and pleasant, thanks to Victoria (design consultant). We were even inspired to look into redecorating another room. :)

Visited the Clearwater location several times over the last month and spoke with Victoria. Yesterday my wife went back on her own to purchase some furniture and Victoria went out of her way to make her experience a pleasant one.

Can’t say enough about this store. We happened to pop in a year or so back when they had a long term financing deal and are so glad we did. We were looking for a huge sectional couch for a very large living room. We walked around for about thirty seconds and found the perfect Craftmaster sectional. They offered a wide array of swatches for different patterns and fabric. It took a while for them to deliver but they specially make the furniture to our specs. Also, it’s not a one-​size fits all kinda deal. You can pick and choose each piece to the sectional. We chose to add a pull out and a chaise and it is the most comfortable and versatile couch. We also replaced our entire bedroom furniture. They had a clearance coastal set on sale. They were no longer carrying this model and there were a few scuffs here and there that were easily repaired on my end. The entire set which was a bed and headboard, tall chest, wide dresser, night stand and a mirror that sits above the dresser was priced lower than the bed itself originally retailed for. We were only looking for a couch that day but they definitely had this deal which was way too good to pass up. It’s been about a year and a half of regular use and the furniture looks and functions just as it did brand new. The staff hovers a little but they want to make sure they can answer any questions on their product. Definitely our first go to when it comes to higher end furniture.
