Love this place. The owner Ed is simply amazing he has been a pivotal force in my wine journey. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help whether you are buying a $ 10 or $ 160 bottle a wine they always treat you the same. Great place for wine beginners and wine snobs like me.

Need a little wine for that whine? Ed’s has what you need… A whole store full of it, too!
I walked in to take a look around, lured in by their sign saying that they carry Viktoria Richards Chocolates. When I asked the clerk about it, he offered me a free sample.
After choosing a champagne heart, I nibbled on it as we walked around the store. I would give him flavors and he would come back with ideas. You don’t have to be a wine snob to find something here; you just have to be open minded. These guys know their stuff and can help you put together a list of wines to try before you can say ‘Moscato’.
He also told me about the wine tasting on Friday nights. Usually the wines are drier than what we’d been looking at, he said, but definitely worth trying. Sounds like a fun Friday night to me!

You know you’re at Ed’s when you see the big old white dog behind the counter. Friendly staff that will help you with your selection. This month they have wine tasting classes — I can’t wait for the champagne one! Usually they have a good selection of sales.

Pretty good selection of wines. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Several wines were available for sampling — a nice gesture if you enjoy trying new wines or are unsure what to purchase.
Usually we purchase our wine in Tampa, but we made a special trip to Ed’s to locate a boxed wine from
. We were very pleased to see that the store carried the brand we were looking for.

Very knowledgeable and fair prices. The folks at Ed’s have always been able to find a wine we are looking for or, if they don’t have it, have found an even better wine that is sometimes better priced.
Ed’s Fine Wines does a great job of supporting the Safety Harbor community by volunteering and donating to the popular annual Wine Festival, one of the largest community event of the year.
Great wine knowledge, fair pricing and great community support… doesn’t get any better than that!

Love this wine shop. They really know their wines. The Sunday specials are really great and they have Friday evening wine tastings which give you a nice chance to try wines you might not know. The staff always finds exactly what I ask for. Very helpful.
