Just dined here again for the 10th time this month! It’s ALWAYS an excellent experience every single time. I have visited many establishments in Clearwater over the last 5 years and Carrabbas is head and shoulders above the rest. The acid test is how one reels when they leave. For my family it is total all round satisfaction every time without fail!

Terrible service!!! Took a waitress about 15mjns to just acknowledge us while we just sat there. Our drinks sat dry waiting for a refill… Ordered chicken Marsala and it came w no sauce. Really? Don’t plan on going back! And this isn’t the 1st time we had bad service but it is the last!

I had never tried this place before but heard such good reviews. Well we finally had Carrabas for lunch at work and it was to die for! The food was hot and ready. Olive Garden has nothing on this place. Garlic knots were so fresh, not too garlicy just right. The noodles had just enough sauce on them. Greek salad was amazing. I can’t wait to go to the restaurant with my family!

Good food and good service once again. They had a different menu since the last time I came here. I started with the sausage and lentil, which was served hot the way I like it and with a little spice. I had the chicken carrabba w/fettuccini for my entrée. It was good but I would try something else the next time I come.

We had wonderful service from our waitress Megan; that and the lettuce wraps were the redeeming factor in this visit to keep 2 stars. The stuffed mushrooms were inconsistent. One had all the cheese and the other three were only sausage, which led to them being dry but somehow greasy. The Fettuccini Carrabba was over cooked and with the frozen peas added it tasted like leftover pasta-roni. The Margherita pizza had piles of pepper all over it which made it difficult to eat as I had to eat around them. Guess they got rushed with it being pizza and wine night but it was still terrible. My first and probably last experience with a Carrabba’s pizza. I don’t know if this is a change to the chains standards or just a bad experience with one location; either way, it was disappointing.

This is my favorite chain restaurant. I love the menu but the soups always blow me away. So fresh and homemade.

Have eaten at Carraba’s many times and have always enjoyed my meal & service. The Carraba’s on Gulf to Bay, Clearwater, offered neither service or good food. I ordered the Chicken Bryan, as usual. The chicken was not cooked through so I sent it back. When my plate returned, it was the same chicken. I asked the waitress why I did not get a fresh plate she said she didn’t know. A few moments later the manager came to our table, again with the same old chicken, and wanted to know why I didn’t want it. By this point, I’m frustrated and just want to leave. This Carrabas needs a class on food etiquette, proper food preparation and customer service. Will never be back.

Love the new menu Carrabbas! Excellent changes. This carrabas has always been good to us, but last night we ate in the bar area and Tyler was our server. Wow — he was great! Super nice, great recommendations and so friendly. Excellent service Tyler! We tried the new caprese appetizer and I had a new shrimp entrée. My mom had the«best linguine and clam dish EVER» — great!

My son ordered a simple pizza of peperoni, mushroom, and onion. Well they screwed it up and put Bell Peppers on it instead of peperoni. We sent it back, and instead of making a new one, they picked some of the peppers off of the pizza, put pepperoni on it, and stuck it back in the oven. I find it disturbing that they would take food back from a table, try to change it, and stick it back in the oven. How many germs went back into the kitchen prep area to try to save a minute or two? I will have a very hard time thinking of coming back here again.

I have to admit, I have been to Carrabba’s before at a different location and didn’t enjoy my food. However, my boyfriend loves this chain so we thought we’d try it again. So, we tried this location, and wala! 1. There is outside seating and you can bring your pet. Love this! 2. The food is actually quite good here. I had wine and appetizers to start and it was very chill and enjoyable. 4. There was music playing but not too loud, so it made a great date. 5. The waiter was attentive though there was a holdup on our beverages. 6. My meal turned out great and being that it isn’t far from where I live, I will be back again. :) Thank you for restoring my enjoyment. My man is happy now that I’ll go to his favorite restaurant.

They served me linguini instead of tagliarini– said they don’t have tag anymore. It’s not the same dish at all. Very clumsy, too chewy– splattered on me. Not the elegant dish that it was. You need to tell your customers if you’re serving something other than what they expect.

This brand new carrabbas is the guiding light of what a chain restaurant should be. Instead of going to chili’s/outback/ some other chain, take your dining dollar to this carabbas and get so much more for your money ! The Johnny was amazing /steak was over cooked and they quickly replaced it no questions asked. Fresh bread, and the new lettuce wraps were awesome. Don’t forget the sonyo desert which is always on point … For the value, it doesn’t get better than carabbas !

Meh. We’ve had better meals at different Carrabbas. The service was fine, and I must say that they have some very attractive servers here – male and female. Our soups were as usual, but our salads were bland. It just felt like it was missing something compared to our usual location is St. Pete. The entrees were usually good. The standouts were the steak marsala, chicken parmesan, and chicken Bryan. They were all as good as usual. The menu items that were not so good were the lasagna(kept falling apart, no cheese), the cavatappi dish(can’t remember the name, was tossed in oil and has very little flavor), and the tag pic pac(not flavorful, but was less salty than usual. We’ve had all of these at our usual location(minus the cavatappi dish), and they were all better there than here. Our post meal coffee and dessert were good, but it was slightly unprofessional(in my opinion) how they had three Nespresso machines on the server island. When we ordered espresso, we watched them pop a Nespresso pod into the machine and let it brew. It tasted good, but I was picturing something more… classy. They could have at least kept the machines in the kitchen. With the food being either average or sub par, and this place being further than our usual location(a guest was staying at the Holiday Inn nearby), we won’t be back.

Its American Italian. Portions are huge. I came here with the grandparents for an authentic Clearwater experience. I had the trio with Lasagne. Veal Parm and Spaghetti. All of it was decent. Service was also quite good. I couldn’t get over how large the place was. It seems like it has 300+ seats. Despite this the food came out quickly. The complimentary bread was also quite good.

We were greeted and sat immediately on a Friday night which was kind of surprising. We ordered the calamari and one of the bruchetta appetizers which were cooked correctly but not anything really memorable. I had the lentil soup which was delicious and then the prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin and port wine glaze with a side of pasta(spaghetti and marinara) which again was cooked perfectly but lacked some pop in flavor and the side of pasta was definitely just there as filler. The service was great, our waitress was very energetic and was very on top of everything.

Always a very nice meal with fine service at a reasonable price. The restaurant is always clean, service is right on target and the food is tasty with nice presentation. The Lentil Soup starter tonight would have been a nice meal in itself, but my entrée of Shrimp & Scallops alla Vodka was very well done, and I enjoyed every morsel. This is a nice choice as a ‘go to’ place for very good chow.

Very tasty place! The hostesses were very polite when we came in, the waiter was quick with refills, very patient with ordering, and had great presence, and the food was awesome. I was very jealous of my dates dish, he got the Chicken Bryan. My pasta dish with vodka sauce was great too though :) I was impressed!

I’m just going to dive in here. I went here on a Saturday night for dinner so I expected a long wait. However, the wait wasn’t too bad. I waited for about 20 minutes and was sent to a table. The place was very crowded and it made me feel cramped but it was ok. My waitress… was not the best waiter. She introduced herself and then proceeded to ask my guest if her eyes were real or contacts. My guest felt uncomfortable, as did I. That was not polite, whatsoever. We shrugged it off and the proceeded to order our meals. Once we ordered, my flatbread pizza was cold. :(It was good but… cold. Our waitress then came to check on us and told us that we were eating too slow. She clearly was in a rush and we were not impressed. I can’t say that I will return to this place because the menu wasn’t that diverse and the food wasn’t to die for. I also didn’t appreciate the waitress. My guest did enjoy their food though and so that’s worth something at least.

This location is just in front of the Husband’s new work place, so I met him down here before my dance class and enjoyed a lovely dinner alfresco one evening. We dined on the patio, as the night started to fall and realized the lighting was quite poor. The service was a bit slow as well, but we figured that was probably because our waiter had inside tables too. Over all, the food was very good, and the location is quite nice.

I came here today for lunch with some of my coworkers. Although this«new» Carrabba’s has been here for quite some time, this was surprisingly my first time here. The ambience inside was very nice, with a warm, inviting feel and a large and modern bar. We sat at a round booth, which was plenty big to accommodate our group of 5 and we were greeted by the server quickly. I ordered the shrimp risotto from the lunch menu and added an italian salad as well. The salad and warm bread(with their famous oil dipping sauce) came out to our table right away. The bread was good as always, the salad was tasty too but I could have lived without the massive onions. The meal came out next and was average. The tomato-y flavor of the sauce on the risotto was not as good as it could have been, but it was okay overall. The service continued to be prompt and friendly and we were soon on our way back to the average. I gave it 3 stars since it was just an average experience overall. I probably would come here again, but I normally prefer to go to small family owned or unique places rather than large chain restaurants such as this one.
