Mike from Advanced Home Inspections was simply a professional. From the start of making the appointment through the inspection itself Mike was spot on. I feel very confident buying the home that I am knowing that Mike had conducted the inspection. After Mike completed the inspection he made it very clear that should I have any questions regarding the inspection in the future he would be there to answer them. I certainly appreciated his professionalism during my home buying process. I would highly recommend his services.

AAA did an amazing job inspecting the house I was going to buy. The report is incredibly detailed, complete with photos of any problems they found. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Mike is by far the best inspector we have dealt with in this area. We had clients a few months ago that wanted a cheaper inspector and, well, they got what they paid for. We almost had to get a re-​inspection because of mistakes made by the other inspector. Mike’s inspections have never been an issue and we will never recommend another inspector for any of our real estate clients. He is professional, always on time and gives a thorough, well valued inspection.

Mike, the owner of AAA Advanced Home Inspections did an amazing job inspecting the home I was going to purchase, from top to bottom, and pointing out not only the little things but the most important with his walk-​through. This was my first home purchase on my own so I only expected the best and that’s what I received.
Because of his knowledge and thorough inspections-​Mike saved me from a potential $$$ disaster.
I have since put $$ on another home and I hired Mike again to inspect this other home. My appointment is tomorrow. Wish me luck this house is in much better condition. and if it is not. Mike will let me know!
