I cannot imagine a more quality experience. They were thorough, patient, informative, and cared about the work. My questions were answered about my heating issue as well as future work. They were EARLY for the appointment and polite to myself and my family.

Awsome company, outstanding customer service. I had them out for a repair and found out that unit was in poor condition, Phil the owner came out personally to give me an estimate, the price was great and had it install very fast. I love my new heat and AC unit keeps me nice and cool.

I needed my 30 year old Coleman furnance serviced, had severe blow back when furnance came on. Call Phil at performance, set up an appointment, came right on time that we set up. Performed a cleaning of my manifolds, showed me how bad they were clogged from 30 years of service. Lit furnance worked like old times, also adjusted pilot lite. Excellent service, explained everything to me. Thank you you Phil. Tom.

Outstanding company to work with. We had one of those intermittent problems that can be so frustrating to find and fix. Performance Mechanical worked with us until the problem was corrected.

WOW is all I can say, I called and the owner himself showed up to do my service, he was on time, clean cut, very professional and personable, answered a ton of questions for me and offered some useful tips as well. Once in my crawlspace he informed me the unit was installed incorrectly, and even fixed a couple things while he was up there. I have referred this company since and my friend has had a wonderful experience as well. I will continue to refer and use this company.

We had these guys do the units for our new home in Clearlake Park. They did a great job. One of our units we thought we not working right so we called no questions asked just came running to help. It turned out nothing was wrong no charge. I love these guys. Call um they will do you proud.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with performance! We had a problem with our cooler and after inspection they went on a mission for parts for my old cooler. After finding the parts to be quite elusive due to the age of my cooler they gave us a very favorable option of full replacement at a rate that was too good to pass up. The workers were prompt, courteous and all business. i felt very comfortable welcoming them
into my home and would recommend them to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs! Did I mention the owner (Phil) is very active and generous when it comes to supporting and donating to local youth organizations? All the more reason to give performance my business!

I own a retail store and manage the retail plaza that we’re in. I’ve used Performance Mechanical for all of our heating and cooling needs for several years. From system maintenance, overhaul, and full replacement to a unique custom vent system for my minnow tank chiller — these guys have done it all and done it well.
