This McDonalds is slow. Every single time my husband goes here he comes home with missing items. They never get it right.

Two words: Horror Show. If there was a 0 star I would give it. There were more flies in the store than outside around the dumpsters. No kidding– my kids were counting the flies above the coffee machine and I stopped listening when they hit double digits. The bathrooms were overdue by hours, trash overflowing, and it won’t even go into the smell. They were understafed, and the girl taking our order got mad when I reminded her that she still didn’t give us drinks! after TWENTY mins. TWENTY!!! Fast food, far from it. Go an additional exit and hit anywhere else– just stay away from this place. It wasn’t worth the time, or the hassle.

Probably the dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been into. They’re VERY slow, they forgot to give us our drink cups, and it’s infested with flies. they are on the food, in the kitchen, there’s fly feces on most of the surfaces. Awful awful awful. Generally gross inside, extremely slow, it’s worth it to make a drive to somewhere else.

This is a pitstop for most people off of 70. Let’s face it: you want to know about the restroom. Men’s was moderately clean. The woman’s was too but apparently had only scalding water. As for the food, it was ordinary McDonald’s fare. They were out of iced tea and nobody seemed to realize it.

This mcdonalds has messed up my order countless times. Just recently got a small strawberry banana smoothie, they tried to charge me wrong, then they gave me a HALFFULLCUP. I refused to accept the half full cup, they then took about 10 minutes to fill the other half of my cup up. Mcdonalds is getting worse and worse.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets. All of them were under cooked with RAW chicken in the middle of the nuggets! It’s gross and unsanitary. This place needs to be shut down. And they screwed up my friends order.

A service disaster. Crowded restaurant. Long line. Order was entered incorrectly by employee A, with additional item that I didn’t order. My receipt had a giant number on it. When my order was ready, rather than call my number, employee B calls out the contents of the order. Because order was entered wrong, I don’t recognize the callers description… has an item I didn’t order… Must be someone else’s order. My order sits on far side of counter. Nobody seems to care that nobody is claiming it. A few other employees see the unclaimed order… «Somebody else’s problem, not mine.» Minutes pass. Food gets cold. Employee A, who took my order, sees me still waiting. Still doesn’t click that something’s wrong. Employee B finally acknowledges unclaimed order, calls out contents rather than number, still wrong. Finally, 7 – 8 minutes later, I puzzle out what happened(since nobody else seemed to care). I ask employee B to figure out the order number of the cold, unclaimed order. Sure enough, it matches the giant number on my receipt, which, heretofore, had gone un-uttered. I realize the incorrect, ignored, and now cold order is mine — and that I was overcharged. I feel the fries. They are cold. I ask for new fries. I am given replacement fries that I later find out are also cold. I go to get some ketchup from dispensers. Both are empty. Exhausted from this travesty of service, I sit down with my cool burgers, cold fries, no ketchup and extra food I didn’t order. This place is a service disaster, created by 2 employees screwing up in tandem. I’m sure I could have got a refund had I explained what they did wrong, but I would not have even known where to start, explaining so many back-to-back errors. More important, I don’t care about the overcharge — it’s not about the money, it’s about the huge amount my time that they wasted, and the total lack of attention being paid to what was going on around them. Complaining to them would have just wasted even more of my time, and embarrassed two employees. So I put it on Unilocal.Maybe the friggin manager of this place will get his act together and train his people to use their eyes and their brains more often as they do their jobs.
