In all my 70 plus years have I had as bad a hair cut as I got here… They cut it the way they want it, not the way you want it cut…
Never again!

I am a breast cancer surivor, part of my journey will include chemotherapy. Last night (August 19) I got the nerve to cut my medium hair cut real short. I walked in and put my name down for a haircut. I really like Rachael her spunk and pride in the haircut before me is just what I was looking for. As I sat down I was nervous I have never had short hair. Rachael had me chatting and laughing while she was cutting my hair. She even placed some of my hair in a bag for me.
I really like my haircut and Rachaels friendly upbeat attitude was refressing. (not to mention she gives a great haircut) as I went to pay she said no charge we offer a clips of kindness complementary hair cut for patients with cancer. I walked out of there happy knowing I found a new place for a haircut.

Cut was good, but not what I asked for. Trim does not mean haircut. I’m trying to grow my hair out, but this puts me back a couple of months.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for years. i love it here. My barber, Lauren was extremely helpful and gave me a great haircut! Definitely ask for her! Overall, great experience.

Came in on veterans day to get a free haircut card to use the following weekend. Unfortunately for me the asian lady working the register did not understand their policy and stated that I had to pay for a haircut that day to get the free card. I told her that I didnt need a haircut that day and that I had my ID with me but she just smiled and said no can do. I generally dont like to argue with people in the service industry because the more you piss them off the worse your service will be, and I was not 100% sure who was right. When I got home I checked their website and I found out that I could in fact get the card, so I called a couple of Great clips in the area and they all confirmed that I could get a card to use until Dec 31.
I even called this place and a girl told me that I was right and that there must have been some misunderstanding. Yes, and that cost me gas and time, definitely will never be going back to this great clips. I mean basically throwing out veterans on veterans day? Sorry but no haircut is that good!

Thanks to Unilocal,I have found a new haircut home! I am a firm believer in Unilocal (current) reviews. I was led to Great Clips off kirker pass rd. My stylist was Brooke and she was a true professional. My hair is difficult, so I normally buzz it or grow it out. Brooke was able to make my hair come alive!!! Thanks !

I used to go hear consistently to get my hair cut. I was frustrated by the constant turnover in employees. It was rare I could ever get the same stylist twice. Then I noticed the quality of stylists declining rapidly. The final time I went there, the stylist was so rough and her equipment so poor my head burned for hours after. Sad the franchisee can’t seem to retain quality help but I’m done with that place.

Went to Great Clips today for the first time. Was greeted when I came in. Stylist Brooke cut my hair. She was professional and courteous. I left with a great hair cut and will return again.

Just moved to the area from LA, where I had been going to the same stylist for many years. My hair was getting shaggy, so I gave in and stopped at this Great Clips one night, just hoping they wouldn’t screw it up too bad.
Wow, was I ever surprised! First, this place is clean. Second, the staff is extremely friendly – they greet you when you come in and check you in even if they’re in the middle of a cut. Third, Theresa was terrific. SHE had cute hair, which is always a good sign. And she didn’t disappoint. Throughout my cut, she was pleasant to chat with and extremely responsive to my requests. My hair looks great! How do I know? Because when I got home that night, my husband commented on it. He never does that. :)
In short, this is my new haircut place! :)

You can tell when a place is well-​managed, and this Great Clips location is no exception. The staff is friendly and fun, but more importantly they take pride in their work. Every haircut I’ve gotten there was been very good, largely because they spend time on details instead of just rushing through with the clipper. I think they’re a good value for the price.
