Oh thank you Walter, my a/​c is working again! A family member recommended Walter. Spoke to him Tuesday, he came to my house today (Wednesday) and has us up and running in under an hour! He was punctual, reasonably priced and didn’t try to up sell us. He has earned a repeat customer if ever we are in need of HVAC service!

Walter Moore has been the one serviceman we have continued to rely upon over the many years (27) in our home. We trust him absolutely. CV Mechanical is our go-​to for repairs and replacements for A/​C, heater, thermostats, etc. He was even able to help us with a surprise leak in the copper water line from an errant construction nail.

We have dealt with Walt Moore for several heating and a/​c repair jobs over the last 10+ years, with always good success, so they were top of mind as we investigated our options.
We especially like Walt’s low-​key, knowledgeable discussion of what your options are. He starts with the Value Model, not the high-​end, expensive choice. If you want to upgrade from there, you understand the pros/​cons for the extra expense. In fact for the most high-​end, pricey versions he explained he wouldn’t recommend them, because, like a Porsche, they are high maintenance. Unlike the slick sales type, you can trust you are getting a square deal here.
