I have been stuck in this drive thru for over 15 minutes and I still haven’t ordered. Finally ordered, but the cashier was rude and didn’t apologize or explain the wait. Over 20 minutes for a combo meal. Crazy.

This night shift is slooowww as ****. been here twice a month or so apart and both times, the girls working night shift are more busy talking between themselves then doing their job. I can understand if its a big order or you have a huge line inside and drive through. But when the inside is closed and I’m the only customer in the drive through AND I see my bag sitting on the counter for half the time, something is wrong. Don’t go here, and if you can read this Carl’s Jr. You might wanna RE evaluate your night shift.

If Unilocal allowed, they would get«zero» stars. 2 pm, Tuesday, drive-thru but ate in car. Natural Burger and Big Chicken Fillet sandwich and small fries. All food was cold… hamburger patty and chicken fillet were obviously cooked at lunch and left over. Fries cold and soggy. Brioce buns were so stale we could not bite through the bottom buns. Hockey-puck hard. We will not try them again and we sent a note to corporate Carl’s Jr. as well. They need to know that no one seems to care about putting out fresh & hot food at this location.

Went there for drive through lunch today with a coupon for the Moonshine Burger. Buy one get one free. Three times I tried to tell them what I wanted. The server charged me $ 7.98 for each single burger. I said that cannot be right that’s not the price on the sign. I was told I had ordered a thick burger. I said I ordered two single burgers, no you ordered a thick burger they said. I thought maybe I made a mistake and I paid and when I got home they were single burgers or really thin thick burgers, they were very good but not worth $ 7.98 each. So they gave me what I ordered, single burgers but charged for the thick burgers. I live by this Carl’s Jr. and have had ordering problems like this before. So I’m done with this location. I eat at the Pittsburg location at least once a month and have never had a problem like this.

Sloooooowwwwww… if you order something«unusual», like I did — a low-carb turkey burger — be sure you have some time on your hands. For fast food, they’re woefully unprepared to whip up some of the items on their menu.

I like coming here. If there is ever a time when I want to come have a burger and relax than this is the place. Customer service is okay, but once you come back for a second time than they’ll be much more nice lol. I enjoy eating there and I look forward too in the future.

Huge portions. Javier is awesome and provided great service. Everyone is very friendly. The milk shakes are made with real ice care.

When I ordered a kids meal with the chicken nuggets and fries and instead of a kids cup I got a small drink. I was very happy.

I haven’t being at CKE restaurants in a long time, service was awesome, food was fresh, salad is same old garden salad, with fresh ingredients. I introduced my daughter to the chicken tenders, she love them. Enjoy the quality and freshly made food.

This Is A 50⁄50 Spot As 50% of the time they are great but then 50% of the time this place plain sucks! I live so close so it’s convenient for me to go here but when they are off its frustrating.

Ordered the ½LB EL Diablo Bgr.($ 8.43), Crisscut Fries and Jalapeño Poppers; service was very fast and friendly. That burger is everything they talk about on tv! It is large and hot with the jalapeño pieces placed on top of the beef. The Crisscut Fries are wonderful; and the poppers are very good. The only thing that I would say is that the poppers from Jack-in-the-Box are hotter but other then that they taste good.

As far as Carl’s Jr.‘s go, this location is not a winner. Sad enough that we had to drive out here from Walnut Creek, but I’m glad we had our buy-one-get-one coupon. Tried the new All-Natural Burger($ 6 sandwich, $ 8.79 combo). Very bizarre to get a fast food burger that actually smells(and tastes!) like a burger. For the price? Three stars. You could easily find a better burger for the price literally anywhere, though. They didn’t have sweet potato fries, and the one clerk made an old couple wait for her to go to the bathroom before taking their order. Just… weird. Unless you’re on a mission, pass on this one.

Horrible Service! The people that works there are rude, ghetto… And wth is a shake for $ 3.49 and supposed to be a large one when it looks like a small cup? Carl’s Jr is just not the same anymore, sad !!!

These people are so rude we assemble our or and go through the drive through and proceed to order. The guy keeps asking«what» and we go ahead again with our order and he ask again«what» so we speak up. So he then is rushing us even though there Isn’t anyone behind us to then have us sitting at the window for almost 20 mins.

First of all, the girl who took our order was really rude. Like it was such a big burden! Secondly, we asked for crisp cut fries and got regular. We very nicely asked for them to give us what we originally ordered. She must’ve been a manager because she kept debating that the screen said regular so that’s what she’s giving us. No apology, no «okay sorry about that let me get those for you, nothing. Just a debate. Why is this necessary?! She then demands 50 more cents for them. Really? Me and my boyfriend just wanted what we ordered. I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service jobs, when someone tells you it’s wrong, just say sorry and fix it. No need to tell me what I said or what I should’ve done. That’s your job to listen to the customer

I’ve made a terrible mistake, I’ve cheated on Five Guys and decided to give Carl’s a try. I’ve learned from my mistake and will never stray again. I guess the grass is not greener on the other side! Pros: Food was prompt and this place is close to home. Oh yeah and the chicken tenders were okay Cons: I ordered a Santa Fe turkey burger, what I actually got was a Santa Fe chicken. Okay, I won’t complain(don’t want anyone playing with my food). However the chicken was extremely dry, could definitely tell that it had been frozen for quite a while. My son got a cheese burger, the bun started falling apart and the meat was also very dry. Results: Would I go back to this location. .nope Do I recommend this location. .nope

We stop in here off and on and always fond the staff friendly and helpful. during our last visit, Armando, went out of his way to make sure our meal was great. Seems like this location values its customers.

Though not a huge fan of fast food, I love their Six-Dollar Jalepeño Burger. Service at this location is usually friendly, but they usually get at least one item on my order wrong. We normally don’t use the drive thru when we eat here and the dining area is usually clean. It’s an ok place to eat if you’re not super particular about having your order exactly how you want it and you’re looking for a quick bite to eat.

HURL!!! and I didnt even eat there. My wife got a Buttermilk Ranch Chicken Tender Sandwich and it was horrific looking. Her comment was«what kind of breaded substance is this?» And dont even get me started on their fries. I’m always in the mood for fries but when I had one of theirs, I almost lost what I had for dinner — soggy, undercooked, lack of flavor. What a waste of time and money. I’ll never go near that dump again.
