Burger King

This Burger King location looks like it hasn’t been updated since they built it. Tables, chairs, counter are all old school BK. Service was fine, although a bit slow. Food was about what one would expect from this fast food chain.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I recently moved into an apartment around that area and have been there a few times. On the first occasion I had been there, I ordered chicken fries with honey mustard & a mango smoothie, as I am allergic to strawberries. They gave me a strawberry smoothie, and no sauce. I asked for sauce, and was told I had to pay $.30 for two dipping sauces, despite the fact that every other location gave me two included in the meal. I reached out to customer service and received no reply.
My next visit was tonight, my friend was craving chicken fries and I reluctantly told her about this Burger King. First time around the drive thru, they got my order correct (hooray!), but didn’t give me a receipt or sauce for my two chicken fry meals. We went back around and again and were given one sauce for each of our meals, and when we asked for it we were told «we don’t it right now, we have a lot of cars — I don’t know what to tell ya.» And waved along.
Both of these times, and my two other visits in between, have one thing in common: HORRIBLE customer service. I understand it is a fast food place and not a lot is to be expected, but most places are at least slightly cooperative when they make mistakes, and sometimes even apologetic. The workers here are flat out rude and disrespectful to their customers, even when they don’t make mistakes. Don’t go here.
