One of my favorite downtown Clawson spots. Friendly staff. Great location. Cozy atmosphere.

Big fan of Kahve as it fills a huge void in the area since Caribou closed at the Campbell corner plaza. This is THE local coffee shop in Clawson where you’re guaranteed a fresh, hot and delicious brew from a courteous crew who actually cares about you as a person and a customer. I’ve been here over a dozen times and haven’t been met with anything but outstanding service and coffee. Try the turkish coffee if you get the chance, it’s potent, authentic and lends itself well to sipping with your pinky finger extended.

Drip coffee was meh. Decaf pour-over was made from preground coffee and tasted like it came from a diner. I won’t be coming back.

I absolutely love this place! I was introduced to it last month by a friend of mine who had been coming here since it opened, and I’ve been coming almost every day since~ I almost always use the back lot and come in through the back door, which is nice and convenient. There’s a large selection of beverages, both hot and iced, and if there’s anything you’re not sure of, they’re always happy to explain it to you and help you decide. You can get a punch card and get a punch for every coffee purchase, and once it’s filled(6 punches), you can get your 7th coffee free! Their food and snack selection is pretty nice as well– muffins, baklava, different kinds of cookies, croissants(with the option to have it made into a sandwich with cheese or cheese and meat!), spinach pie, and the occasional cake. Always something to try and it’s all very yummy~ There is free wifi, which is great. Just ask whoever is working for the password and you’re good to go. It’s a great place to get some work done if that’s your thing. The music that plays is always something different but always is pleasant to listen to– It’s not too loud, so you can hear yourself think or who you’re speaking with, but it’s loud enough for pleasant background noise. I could go on but this review is long enough already~ I definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t already! There’s this community feeling you get with everyone(the regulars help with that~), and overall it’s just a great, cozy, friendly place to come and relax, hang out, and socialize. The view of Main st. is nice as well. P. s.: The owner is very sweet and personable~ Shes done a great job with this place!

I came here on a Saturday afternoon, had tea and read for a couple of hours at the window countertop. It’s in a good downtown location and parking is convenient(large lot behind the shops), but this place is lackluster and doesn’t have any character or personality. There was mismatched décor, oldies 60 – 70’s music, and generic baked goods pulled from a box. I’m not sure what kind of vibe or crowd it’s trying to draw in. It seems that the menu has a focus on Middle Eastern drinks/foods. They offered turkish coffee and baklava, etc. There’s free wifi and the woman that was working there was very nice, but it’s definitely not my first coffee shop choice.

Love Kahve! The location is convenient at 14& Main. I always park in the back lot — easy peasy — and use the back entrance. The owner is super sweet and makes a delicious latte or mocha. They also have punch cards — after 10 coffees you get a free one! Nice addition to downtown Clawson!

This coffee shop is great. I’m not a coffee connoisseur so I can’t speak to the quality of the coffee, but I like the drinks I’ve had and the atmosphere is nice. The best part is the outdoor seating. The indoor seating is spacious and comfortable too, though. I live closer to Bean and Leaf but find myself at Khave for the quieter environment and easier parking.

Delicious coffee and the pastries look yummy(although I didn’t try any). Prices comparable to Starbucks. A few tables with hard chairs for sitting inside in a cozy environment, but the best is sitting on a patio table outside on a nice day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Prices were comparable to Starbucks but it’s nice to pay that to a small business in my community versus a big chain. My husband was ver pleased since they have fresh juicing. My frappé was delicious. They always have little spots for kids which is great. Makes me want to return with my kids and they can try the frozen hot chocolate.

Wonderful service. Very polite. My caramel frappuccino and grill cheese and turkey sandwich on a croissant was delicious. :)

I really like this place. It’s quaint and not overly crowded. They have free wifi and it’s solid. The baristas are very friendly and knowledgable. They have a nice selection of hot and cold beverages and desserts. I enjoy sitting outside on a nice day and doing some work while people watching.

A genuine coffee shop that’s not a chain and wants to provide a good space to relax and meet in Clawson. They cover the coffee gamete pretty well with everything from lattes, americano, and Turkish coffee. Space has free internet, solid reading material and is pleasant. Bakery selection always has a little treat or more to fulfill your sweet tooth. I hope this place stays, because Clawson need a space needed this.

A cool spot in downtown Clawson. Any local place beats Starbucks on principle. I got a latte during my visit which was good but lacked espresso(it tasted more like steamed milk and less coffee flavor).

I have being there a couple of times. I think it’s great that they have good coffee and also the treats are delicious. I tried a gluten free brownie and it was awesome. The owner was really nice and the rest of the staff too.

was really excited about a coffee shop coming to downtown clawson, so I came in last month. was disappointed with the result. very poorly put together, and lots of junk on the walls. got a latte and an empanada. they had posted on facebook about«our famous empanadas» so I expected something decent. these are definitely just pulled out of a box and put on a shelf lol. dry generic desserts, it doesn’t have that cozy coffee shop atmosphere, and the coffee isn’t much different than from most generic chain places. I’d say it’s OK if you’re just stopping in for warmth or need a caffeine boost, but it’s definitely not somewhere I’d opt to meet someone or spend time studying.

This place was just OK in my opinion. I came here a couple days after opening after grabbing lunch at noble fish and was surprised they’d open the store with barely anything in it. They had one table and absolutely nothing in their glass case for desserts. I had the caramel late and it was good but pricy in my opinion. I don’t mind spending money on food at all but $ 5 for a small is a little much in my opinion. Also the lids fit poorly on the cup and ½ of my(piping hot) late spilled on me and burned my hand lol The coffee itself was good, just be prepared to pay the premium price and watch out for the lids!

Clawson has been without a coffee shop for a long time. Kahve fills a definite need. Very cool tin ceiling. Has a kind of cool funky vibe. I have seen people of all ages in there, including families with kids. Everyone seems comfortable including laptop users. Street parking can be problematic; however, lots of spaces in back. They make good coffee plus if you’re hungry there is food. This place definitely warrants a visit.
