Casa Bella Property Management

The owner, Andy Kaczmarczyk, just called my mother an idiot for having to go out in the snow (dr appt!) Most people living here are elderly, they should be a priority.

I recently purchased a condominium managed by Casa Bella in Royal Oak Michigan. If I could CHOOSE a management company, it would not be them. Unfortunately I’m stuck.
Positives: Their office workers are typically available when I call. They keep you updated with paperwork and events in and around the property.
Negatives (why they receive two stars): They manage a few properties, and each one is assigned an individual manager. My particular manager for Tower Court Condominiums in Royal Oak is very rude.
As a new resident I have many questions and concerns (attempting to set up utilities, billing, etc). The manager I dealt with was rude, short, and downright ignored my calls when transferred to her multiple times. It seemed like she was annoyed with helping me as a new resident.
I am a customer, and this is your JOB. Answer my questions without snapping or acting like it’s a chore. That’s how customer service works. I try to be very kind because I know I have many questions… but you get paid to answer them. So sit there and answer them.
Don’t go with Casa Bella if you have a choice.
