The Fountains At Meadow Wood

Absolutely terrible! Small apartments, overpriced, and management is horrific. The people who run the front office are rude, unhelpful and disorganized. They charged us unwarranted fees, lost our rent checks and entered our apartment at least once a month (usually twice) for «pest control». We were trapped in a 13 month lease but couldn’t get out of there fast enough… STAY AWAY!

When my husband and I got stationed at Fort Campbell, we chose to live here; we actually moved in as it was still being built and stayed for three years. It is a beautiful, gated complex with a great pool and clubhouse (that you can rent for free as a resident). There is also a decently sized «bark park» that was great for letting our dog run around. Rent is a little pricy, but I’ve found that all of Clarksville rent is that way. For me, it was worth a little extra money to feel safe the year my husband was deployed. Another slight downfall is that the appliances were a little «cheap»; we had some problems with our freezer a few times. However, Joe the maintenance man was always quick to fix everything ASAP. Another plus of the complex is that it is SO CLOSE to the mall, restaurants, and all the other Wilma Rudolph attractions. We enjoyed living there, and after our PCS move, I am really missing it!
