To many samples and people stopping to get samples getting in the way(eat at home) and nobody to help you find anything won’t go back unless I have to

I usually like visiting Sams clubs, however this location needs to train their employees better at member services. Long wait, very rude employee by the cashier definitely ruined the experience.

Seems ok. They have lots of ‘stuff’ but not a lot of people around to answer questions. The girl sampling Seven breads was terrific. The c/o was annoying with upsell after upsell. We said no. Then leaving we had six items but we were only charged for 5. Took forever to figure out what the c/i upsell girl didn’t scan while upselling. I like costco.

I have found some good deals here, but was agitated on my last visit. I went to the service counter first so I could get a temporary card since I forgot my larger wallet with my membership card. I then spent a couple hours and had over $ 400 worth of purchases in my cart. When I checked out the clerk brought to my attention that my membership had expired. Why wouldn’t they have told me that when they were looking up my membership to issue me my temporary card before I shopped? Yes, I renewed since I had already went through the time and trouble of picking all of that out but I just think it would’ve been better customer service to let me know that beforehand.

Had a road emergency and Sam’s came through. I was traveling from ATLANTA to Chicago and had a blow out. SAMs was an exit away and it just so happened that I purchased my tires from them. It was before normal club hours and I didn’t have a business membership but they let me in early. Thanks SAMs

It’s smaller than some locations out west. The lines can be long and customer service desk staff is friendly.

Sam’s Club has the best Member services !!! Getting our windshield fixed. Took 10min and no out of pocket cost. My insurance pays for windshield repair. Life’s better when your in the club

Bad: This location is in a very congested area and is usually difficult navigating in and out. The congestion continues inside with crowds of people. I don’t mind crows at places like flea markets. I think it is the combination of over-sized shopping carts and the crowds that stress me out. Good: I noticed an employee working the long lines at the checkout. This may already be commonplace, but it was the first time I saw it. The employee pre-scanned the items in my cart and loaded it on my card. When it was time for me to checkout, and many others as well, I was done and paid in two swipes. Good deal. One of the stars in my rating is for this alone.

It’s Sam’s Club. Basically it’s a club that filters out welfare moms and caters to soccer moms and small businesses. This one is the same as others, meh service, some inexpensive goods, and some goods that are cheaper on Amazon. The cashiers are efficient and friendly, customer service acts like they are burnt out sometimes and helpful on other days. They have a few receipt checkers that are fast and one that holds up lines while he talks to people leaving the store. Yes Bob I’m talking about how you held everyone up while I was trying to leave your store so you could have a ten minute conversation with the family in front of me. Next time I’ll push both of you out of the way.
