Appetizer was good. Food was EH. Made me sick that night.

Me and my co workers goes here for lunch. Fast service and every single thing in the menu is amazing. I am in love with the place, really comfy, nice atmosphere.

Not sure why the reviews are so poor. My fiancé and I went for lunch on Saturday 2÷20÷16 as I had a coup for buy one get one 50% off. I was slightly hesitant due to the reviews but on facebook they do fine so…
We were greeted and sat promptly by a nice young gal. Kimberly was our server and she went above and beyond when I asked if it was possible to get the steamed broccoli w/​o butter or oil. Kimberly went to the kitchen to check and thankfully they were in the process of preparing the bags and therefore I got to have mine deliciously steamed w/​o anything added. I do however think the fat saved on that was added to my grilled salmon. oy vey
The salad bar was well stocked and the only lackluster item was the zucchini– it was rather dry– perhaps from the day before?
To sum it up– Kimberly is a great server– no complaints about customer service, the food is good and if they lighten up on the butter/​oil for the grilled salmon, I’d give them 5 stars.

Went last night with my husband … Wanted to go back after aunt’s bday there … Well we wait for server finally get drinks ordered got a coke and tea comes with my coke but no tea they have to make it so we drink all my coke she comes back says they r out of coke now … So I get a tea … We never got bread when we asked when our food arrived she said oh we didn’t have none earlier so I didn’t think about it… Needless to say food was good but how r u out of bread and coke? When our food finally came it was good but everything else wasn’t at all no good service or drink experience

I went in yesterday at about 2pm to have a late lunch. I sat at the bar. It took at least 5 minutes before the bartender acknowledged me. Usually I wouldn’t mind but the bar had only 4 people sitting at it. Finally the bartender took my drink order and gave me a menu. I waited another 10 minutes and i still didn’t have a drink in front of me, or an order taken for even an appetizer. I would understand if the bartender was busy, but he wasn’t. He was either really bad at his job or here didn’t care. Either way i told him that i had been waiting for 15 minutes, which was way too long, and to forget about the soda. I will never go to this restaurant again, i will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, as a matter of fact i will go putt of my way to tell people how awful my experience was.

Went there three times and not impressed at all. Quality of the food is not good. Went as a group before, 12 of us to be exact and all but 2 of us got sick. I’m suspecting food poisoning.

I was very disappointed to see what has become of this place. My thai phoon shrimp looked horrible. The place had an odor my husband couldn’t shake, and my fave crab cakes were gone! I don’t see myself becoming a regular here.

This RT has lost its touch. I have been coming here since 2011 and each year the experience gets worse. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I have not seen or heard any managers checking on tables or on the floor ensuring the salad bar is up to standards. Serves need more experience or training.

Great service and great food every time we go. We absolutely love their salad bar. The staff is always friendly and positive. It’s a great family restaurant.

Awful fries where still frozen, salad bar was brown !! Sweet tea wasn’t even sweet !!! Their desert cupcakes were a joke!!!

Had dinner here yesterday with family and my entrée was okay. But my family member ordered the ravioli and when he received his meal, it was obvious the cook took frozen bagged ravioli covered it in shredded cheese and nuked it. GROSS!!! I am extremely disappointed as the food is usually great. No idea what this cook was thinking. Didn’t even have sauce. Bad form RT. Bad form.

Happy Hour appetizer prices only apply if you are sitting AT THE BAR, not in the bar area. That’s pretty stupid.
Chicken tenders are good and salad bar is decent with decent choices. Strawberry lemonade is pretty awesome though.
No better or worse then other places like it in Clarksville.

Extremely over priced! The salad bar was fresh but if you are planing to eat something else, expect a high bill.

This place totally sucks! Food was cold and service is horrific! Don’t waste your time!

I got the salad bar and there wasn’t anything special about it. The serving utensils were sticky and oily and i could only wonder what was all over them, when they were last washed and how many people have put their hands on them since. The pastas at the salad bar looked a little stale and everything contained bacon. Broccoli salad with bacon, potato salad with bacon, pasta salad with bacon. I also got the steamed broccoli with my dinner and it was steamed too much and a little burnt. My mother got their artisan flat bread pizza and the thing was just loaded down with salt and tons of oil. The bread was supposed to be thin crust (crunchy) and was soggy. Our waitress was good but this place just grossed me out and i will not be returning.

Seems like every time I turn around and we have a guy leaving they want to go to Ruby Tuesday for their going away party. Which to be honest is always nice. If you go during lunch you could have a pretty long wait because a lot of people go here during lunch.
If you come here with a big group make sure you have enough time. You will be taken great care of.
On top of the great service all of the food is delicious no matter what you get. I recommend any of the burgers and the spaghetti squash marinara.

Had a great time. Had the shrimp fondue dip which was fantastic! I wish I could of made a meal out of that. I had a blackberry dacqueri which was delish very tart. My only complaint was that it had an over abundance of actual fruit and seeds. It was more of a smoothie consistency IMO. I had a burger. I can’t remember which one but it was a bit underwhelming for 12 $.
The best part of the mean was our waiter. A very fast talking youngish black guy. He was a great server. The décor is really nice as well. A big step up over other sit down places. I’ll def be back

I’ve been here a few times and always had a good experience. Maybe I’ve been getting lucky because it seems I always rate places higher than others.
Service has been good every time I’ve been here. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner and food came out as quick as you would expect it.
I really like the salad bar. You can pile on everything that you might want to have on a salad.
The last time I was here, I ordered a burger, which was also delicious.
I really have no complaints about this restaurant.

First my server is missing in action after I’m seated. Then she wanders in, takes a glance at me, and dawdles around for a few minutes while others half-​apologize for my wait as they hurry by. Then she insists on calling me sweetie like a dozen times in a sickly sweet voice with a smirk on her face as if to make up for it. I don’t like it and grow increasingly annoyed. Food is adequate, but who cares when the service sucks?

Well, I will start this review by saying that I have told my husband that we would NEVER go back to this location. We went a few months ago with a b1g1f coupon and got a hassle from the waitress about it. The place is usually crowded because there isn’t another sit-​down restaurant nearby.
I decided to give it one last try last week. I had received a coupon in my email for a free burger for my birthday. I got there around 5:45 and the restaurant was pretty full. I became worried because the plan was for me to get the burger and bring it back home. I was sent to the bar to place my order– upon asking– I was told it would be 15 min, probably less to get it. 30 plus minutes later– it came out. It was cold by the time I got home, which really made me believe it had been sitting for a while when they brought it to me. The BBQ burger was overdone (I had asked for medium) and the fries were a soggy & tasteless mess. Thank goodness I didn’t pay for it (which is the only reason why this isn’t a 1 star review).
Do I plan to come back– not really. The people there seemed nice, but the food is just not my favorite.
