Outback Steakhouse

This Outback is very well run! The staff is great, and the food is consistently very good. I ordered fries off the gluten free menu. The manager came out to make sure I could eat the fries, since they are cooked in the same oil as the blooming onions. I appreciated their attention to detail! The table next to us had a little girl celebrating her birthday. The waiter put a candle in her baked potato and in her dessert, which was sweet. It’s a great restaurant!

This Outback is a very nice place and has great service. Great steak, salad, bread and blooming onion! Music was to loud, they did try to turn down though.

Outback steakhouses are pretty reliable and serves really good food. However, this specific Outbacks shining difference is its staff. They seem to have really found a good group of friendly people who care about the customers. If you go in make sure to ask for Adrien, Jesse, or LoriBeth. They’re great at their jobs and just friendly, good people that make sure your dining experience is up to par.
We sometimes feel like we go there a bit to often but we just like seeing and visiting with the managers (Carly) and staff, and the food is always excellent.

Yup, Outback Steakhouse deserves five stars. It’s a chain, absolutely, but each is unique and this location is just the best.
Excellent service, seriously, I’ve been here a thousand times in the last few years that I’ve lived on this side of the river and every single visit has been met with great service. Not only is their service great, they have great communication with each other, too. They make everything from calling ahead, waiting in the newly remodeled wait area (they often offer samples while you wait and always have fresh lemon water), to being seated and served absolutely seamless. They actually seem to like their jobs. Weird, I know!
The food is great, I imagine its exactly what the Outback execs expect from one of their restaurants. I’ve only had to send back one dish and they made sure that it was perfect the next time, the manager even came by to make sure. Their cocktails are SO CHEAP! Some are only 4.50 and they always have food specials going on. But even without the specials its still a really affordable, high quality steak house. And can we just talk about that delicious complimentary bread for a sec? Jeez!
Anyhow, I really like this Outback, it really has the feel of a more local place than a huge chain. Give it a try, just make sure you call ahead!

Had such an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse tonight with my family. From the beginning we were seated promptly (party of 6 including a baby and a 96 year old), delicious food and drink arrived quickly for our hungry party, and, the best most friendly, amazing server, Robert A. Robert was so friendly, sincere, genuine, patient, accommodating, and overall amazing! Truly hospitable and superb service! My fussy one year old was even won over by his charm in the end! Other employees were just as amazing and easily striuck up conversation and «competition» with my four year old! I highly recommend this restaurant and especially Robert A!!! We all loved our food (appetizers, entrees, and dessert!) and the side of vegetables was AMMAAAAZING!!! (I still talk about them!)

Poor poor poor service. I’ve been to this outback a couple times now while on a business trip and it’s like night and day compared to other outbacks I’ve eaten at. The steaks and burgers have always been undercooked, they don’t pick up dishes off the tables leaving everything cluttered and messy, and they constantly get orders wrong causing guests to have to wait for their food to be made again while everyone else they’re with is eating. If you can go somewhere else, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Seductively seasoned and delicately decadent, this Outback will rock your tastebuds.

Great restaurant, food is good service is good. This place is always packed with a long wait. Place is clean and staff is nice. Most of the time I’m not willing to wait 30 or more to eat so I go else where. Definitely a nice treat when we decide to wait it out. Need to expand, the business is there and would probably increase if the wait wasn’t always so long.

This restaurant couldn’t quite make up for its terrible service with its delicious food. We walked into a 30 minute wait for two people and got to spend our 30 minutes listening to the hostesses complain to one another about how exasperated they were with the number of people who were in their area. Upon being seated the waitress took our drink orders and inquired whether we wanted to order an appetizer. I attempted to order a bowl of chicken tortilla soup but she told me that I was not allowed to order soup until I ordered an entrée. I told her that I would be ordering an entrée and she told me that I was still not allowed to order the soup until she came back to take the entrée order and that the soup had to be delivered with the entrée. She told us that she would bring us bread. She then disappeared for more than 15 minutes. When she returned she had a tray with my drink but not my boyfriend’s drink and drinks for a table of 7. She had also brought bread for the other table but had not brought us bread. We told her that we were ready to order and she told us that she would not take our order until after the table of 7 had ordered making it clear to us that we were not her priority that evening. She then left us and proceeded to another table before even going to take the order from the table of 7. Each interraction that the waitress had with us was short and rude. Eventally, she came to take our order and I ordered grilled chicken on the barbie with green beans and chicken tortilla soup. My boyfriend ordered pork tenderloin. Amazingly, my chicken tortilla soup made it out ahead of my entrée and it was spicy and hearty. When my entrée arrived it came with a seasonal vegetable side instead of green beans. I advised the waiter who delivered the dish that the wrong vegetable had been served and when he went and told the waitress I was able to see her roll her eyes and make a disgusted face. However, she did come to the table and apologize for the incorrect order then bring the corrected order. Ultimately both the chicken and the green beans were delicious. However, I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back to Outback. The great food just might not be worth dealing with the terrible service.

Best side salads and mashed poatatoes. Everything I’ve had from here has been spot-​on delicious.

Outback is and always has been a fabulous restaurant. Despite the one time I went and they dropped my steak, took 20 minutes to prepare another one, and didn’t offer to even compensate for it, my service and food there has always been fantastic.
