Burrito bowl, chips and cheese dip and a pop… $ 11. Plastic bowl with spoon full of black beans, rice, handful of chicken, salsa, onions, cheese, tortilla chips on the side… maybe worth $ 4 not 11. The people working there were pleasant and the restaurant was clean but not worth the money spent.

What. The. Hell. This is the first time that I’ve had a problem going to Moe’s. I ordered the Homewrecker with the chips/queso and drink. The sweet tea tasted disgusting, I don’t know if they didn’t change out the tea from the other day or they just don’t know how to brew tea. Gross. Some of the chips had this rubbery texture when I bit into them, too. And why is the queso in a itty bitty container? How am I suppose to eat all these chips with that? So disappointed. Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Good food but poor service. At closing time they made it VERY known to hurry up and get out, and they argued with me about my order to get me to order something cheaper. That is weird that a business would do that, plus I ordered what I wanted. I don’t want to be argued out of what I want.

This was our first Moe’s experience and our last. The food was bland, low quality. I couldn’t eat my lunch. Our booth smelled strongly of urine. Easily our most disgusting fast food experience.

The staff is new and it’s definitely a factor. However, the food was good and the price is as expected for a family of 4. I noticed the flavors reflect«southwest» as opposed to mexican right away. The setting is family friendly and clean. The folks making the food are patient, polite, and friendly. There is a salsa bar and the selection of toppings is significantly greater than others. Not everything is for an additional charge, as it is down the street, including chips. Overall Moe’s is what it is. A mid range counter service restaurant. Where it succeeds is in not pretending to fashion itself as cool or chic but instead, allowing a wide array of options on a limited amount of menu items. Apples to oranges it’s a good option without question. Apples to apples it is as fresh and mexican enough to win out over loud music, rude staff and a cold dining room.

My experience here was great. They do the traditional greeting at the door and the girl making my chicken bowl was very informative! Only reason I took one star off was because the price was ridiculous, but other than that, great food great experience! They do military discount too!

The customer service was great. They greet you as soon as you walk in. My wife had quesadilla which was great! I had a steak burrito which was very very bland. Honestly I could’ve made a better burrito myself at home, not to mention it was almost $ 9. $ 9 for a skimpy burrito with no taste is a rip off in my book. On the other hand, the quesadilla was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. The price does not match up with the quality nor the proportion they serve you. Probably won’t be back unless I’m dying to have a chicken quesadilla.

I had the chicken club quesadilla meal($ 12). Flavor was good but for 12 bucks all you get is the quesadilla, small portion of cheap tortilla chips and a 2 oz soufflé cup of queso and a fountain drink. I left still hungry

Pretty good food, awful service. I would rather lose the«welcome to moes,» welcome when you walk through door and have them focus on crafting food. It took 25 minutes from waiting in a short line, to paying for our sloppily put together burritos. I don’t know if it’s from lack of training, or lack of good management(during lunch rush, the manager was busy gossiping with her employees on the burrito line), but moes 10 employees on the line were 5 times slower and sloppier then what chipotles team does with 4 – 5 people on their line. Also, no one seemed to know how to roll a burrito… I’ve eaten at other moes grills and this one doesn’t even compare.
