McDonald’s

I like this McDonald’s. They’re pretty fast and they are very friendly. I have to wait to get my caramel mocha sometimes but it’s worth the wait.

Just went here and it was terrible. We decided to come and grab a quick breakfast for our kids. Half their meals were missing and unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got home and began eating. Then the pudgy Hispanic girl working the second window was less than kind, she probably shouldn’t be working fast food or anything to do with people in general. She didn’t speak one word at all to us just shoved our food and drink out the window. I will be calling the manager and will not be back to this location. If there were a zero star option I would have picked that.

I ordered chocolate dipped cones for my family of four and didn’t have to wait for the order, it was ready when we reached the window, yes! The chocolate shell was thicker than the chain ice cream place I will not name but I bet you can guess, they had a smaller portion and a thin shell. I prefer McDonald’s $ 0.99 dipped cone.

I would not recommend going to this mcdonald’s, i worked at a mcdonald’s for 3 years up in Northern Kentucky that was very well and this one is definately not up to par. People didn’t wear gloves on line, picking up stuff off floor and then making food still with same hand without washing, food has been made wrong many times, and they have been very rude to me before (which shocked me cuz i am very patient because i know what its like in fast food business).
Some people were standing around while other people were doing all the work and could not handle it all by themselves and the lobby was dirty (which they should have a lobby person) when i went in once. I had to say something more than once to a manager just to get this poor girl on front line help.
Oh and they make a huge deal about sauces, i have never seen a mcdonalds freak out about someone not being charged for a ranch cup before. I have talked with higher up people about this service here and i really hope they do what they say and make sure these and other things are changed.
I don’t go to it anymore.

It’s McDonalds. Not much to say about it except that they stop serving burgers at 3 am. The service is average for this very fine establishment and is average for McDonalds.
