I wish I could give no I stars. Was made to wait almost 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then had to listen to two managers give performance reviews which reminded me it is all about the bottom line. My hair dresser was clearly new to the profession and she was really unsure of herself. She had to ask how to do a deep conditioning treatment several times. Then she took on another client while I was under the dryer. That may have worked if she was fast, but she wasn’t and it didn’t. She took a kid who was rowdy and disruptive and I was left sitting again waiting for her. Totally not the relaxing salon trip I had wanted.

The ladies here were awesome! I came in last minute and they were able to squeeze me in. They helped repair a previously destroyed haircut from a different location. Recommend calling ahead though.

Reasonable wait time of twenty minutes to cut my hair along with my son. Stylist paid attention as to how we wanted our hair cut and did a good job getting it right with special attention to each of us.

Bad place. Waited, had my name on list, over hour later was told they didn’t have enough staff to do my hair. Rude lady, must have been the mgr.

I love the staff here! I always go to Savannah for a haircut and color. Everyone here is great at their job, very professional, fun, and nice. I recommend going to this place if you’re looking for an affordable place to get your hair done with desired results.
