Gateway Tire & Service Center

This is my second trip to have my oil changed. The first trip was great. I liked that the waiting area had plenty of seats, TV, coffee, tea and wow apples and oranges to snack on. The place is clean. Even the paved parking lot is spotless.
The pricing is competitive. To me customer service is important. These days that can be hard to find. I’ll use Gateway Tire and Service Center again.

I called ahead to schedule a diagnostic check on a problem I have been having with the steering on my SUV. I was told to bring it in and they would take a look. After sitting in the waiting room for a few minutes, I was told that my tire treads were worn out and my tires would have to be replaced. I had been watching my car from the waiting room the whole time and the mechanic didn’t even unlock the car, let alone test drive it. I took it to another mechanic who told me the issue had nothing to do with the treads on my tires, and that they were just fine. The funny thing is, if they would have even tried to diagnose the issue I would have gladly paid whatever price to have it fixed. Not going back to see their lazy mechanics any time soon.

These people do the best work in town! I trust them for everything having to do with my car. I am a loyal customer since 2002. They have never let me down. Good prices on tires, good work on brakes. I love these people!
