I dropped off laptop and asked for 4 specific things to do to my computer, the guy was nice, wrote each one out on the ticket(simple stuff: put on firefox, a good cleanup program), got a call 1 week later, stating I needed a format of my hard drive. I said fine(was running slow — no real difference in speed, after I got back). Not one thing I asked for was done!!! Person was rude, told me that it was not written on ticket, and stated they don’t do that kind of stuff, and I need to do it on my own. If I knew about computers, I would not have brought it in, for help. I felt completely taken advantage of, and will never return.

I took my daughters laptop to them. They were very kind and professional. Very honest and fair prices.

Avoid at all costs. My sister’s computer had it’s motherboard die. An actual good replacement would cost 250 bucks at most online. They charged 600 bucks for parts and labor. On top of that, they said it’d take a week to do this simple repair. A week later, they tell us they«accidentally» gave the motherboard to someone else. I find it highly unlikely someone else came in with a dead motherboard which was the same size and socket as this motherboard. This place is a scam.

I love these guys! They were a lifesaver when my grandma had a major virus on her computer. I don’t live in the area, so I wasn’t sure who to send her to. A neighbor recommended Doghouse Computers and they really came through. Thanks so much! My grandma is still pretty new at using computers, and these guys didn’t take advantage of her naivety, nor did they make her feel stupid. They just fixed the problem. Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks so much! I’m so glad grandma has someone she can count on when«Skype stops working». lol

Do not use! Over priced– we took our computer to this shop and were told it would be $ 240 to repair. Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion. Just got our computer back after paying $ 32 to have it fully operational. This is not the way to earn return customers or promote positive word of mouth. Also, they offered to «destroy» the computer for a fee. Yay right! WHAT A RIP-OFF!!!

DONOT go here. I dropped off my computer, was told it would take about 3 days but I could call back in 2 days. I called back on morning of the 3rd day and was told it would likely be ready sometime that day. I called several hours later to check on it, just simply asked if they had an estimate as to when it might be ready so I could plan my errands around picking it up, and was told in a snide voice«Well, I can rush through and miss something, is that what you want? Or you can let me do my job.» Exceedingly rude, and it only got worse when I went to pick up the computer. Took it to another computer store and they fixed it literally while I waited in about ten minutes. This was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve had with a business in Clarksville. Will NOT go back and hope other people don’t either.

These guys have grown a lot in the last couple of years, but they’re doing great work. Any time I have a hardware issue, I take it to them. I’ve had broken PCs fixed for church here and even had them fix a broken MacBook about a year ago that my wife had spilled coffee on. Always great prices and great service. Highly recommended.
