Best Western Green Tree Inn

Really lucked out on my recent visit. They are remodeling whole place and I was able to get new room at old rates! Nice touches in room — the light switches are motion sensors so turn off if you forget. Also have little lights in them that serve as nice dim night lights. Clean and accommodating.
Took off a star for the breakfasts that come with the room. BEST hotel coffee I’ve ever had though but the rest of the menu needs the same inspiration that is happening with the rooms.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway to Louisville. Overall, we were impressed with the accommodations for what we paid. We had a room with a single king, which was comfortable. The room was clean and staff seemed friendly and attentive both through check in and check out. It was a close as easy drive to downtown Louisville — maybe 10 minutes depending on where you wanted to go. The only reason I would give this place 4 stars and not 5 would be because the toilet seemed to run for an abnormally long time — it seemed like an hour at one point, which made it hard to have multiple people go when the toilet ran. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d stay here again if I were to come back to Louisville.

We stayed here for a night and I found the room to be comfortable, well-​lit and quiet throughout the night. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating, and were great about providing extra toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful, and better than the typical continental breakfast.

I’m not a big Best Western fan, but I’m impressed with this one in particular.

I was very impressed with the hotel based on the small amount of money that was spent. The only complaint I would have would be in regard to the uncomfortable pillows.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. My wife and I were traveling cross-​country with our dog and decided to crash for the night here. Pets are welcome, It’s close to a lot of restaurants and it’s really clean. I definitely recommend.

Needed a room for a night on drive to Florida and was very happy with our choice. Newly renovated exterior. Very clean room, just a little dated. Quiet. Staff was very polite. Free breakfast was well above your average bagel and a toaster type.
If I was forced to find something wrong with it I’d have to say it was a slightly noisy refrigerator.
All in all, a wonderful experience.
