Holy crap. We had to spend 2.5 hours there because the associate didn’t know how to activate a phone (do her job). Then, when she activated the upgrade, it was the wrong type, messing up our AT&T contract. Her supervisor was too busy gossiping with another sales associate to help out. Never again! Highly NOT-​RECCOMMENDED!
