I am not the guy who writes reviews for businesses. That being said, the interaction I had with A2B has been substantial enough to warrant my first review. The company seemed attentive and hard working, ATFIRST. I am military, so their services were contracted on my behalf so A2B urged me to request that they service my move from«point A to point B». Once they had my written request, everything went downhill. Their movers acted as though packing my belongings was an inconvenience to them. Not once did they make the effort to keep me apprised of where we were in the process.(I am en experienced mover, so I knew the right questions to ask, but a novice would have been lost as to what was right or wrong going on.) By the end of the pack, they were just putting my belonging directly in a truck, no boxes. Components that should have been kept together, like the base for a 60″ flatscreen television, would have been left altogether if I hadn’t repeatedly reminded them to take it. Now we transition to the shipping of my household goods. It’s worth mentioning that they didn’t even make the attempt to get my forwarding address, so I had to force feed it to them(The place where they were delivering my belongings!) Due to personal circumstances, I needed to request and earlier than scheduled delivery. While I didn’t expect miracles, they were LONG on promises to see what they could do and call me back. A week went by with no call. It was only after I called their«office» that I received a message that the«owner» wanted to speak with me. The person I spoke basically said that he didn’t care about my situation and there really wasn’t anything I could do about it. Mr. Combs, if this is your business I hope you’re reading this. My belonging were packed on or about May 23rd. I have been living in an empty house since May 26, and as of today(June 7), I still don’t have my belongings. I moved to Columbus, GA. In summary, I moved 6 hours down the road from Clarksville, and the people at A2B have only acted as though I am not worthy of ANY effort on their part because I am military, so it’s guaranteed money to them. If you are military and reading this, you can request a new moving agent, but I strongly urge you to seek a different moving company. If you are civilian, you totally have the choice to avoid this business altogether. Let my nightmare be a cautionary tale.
