Birch Run Estates

For starters… I love the room mate layout, the sunroom, the deck and the fireplace. I like that parking is ample and the fact that it is on the bus line. Now for the bad news: The neighborhood is a little questionable and the garbage piles up overflowing for days and the biggest issue now is the damn ROACHES! they have a exterminator come by every Tuesday and the little brown nasty things just laugh at him. I bought roach tablets, spray, gel and now pure boric acid. the boric acid seems to be working a little but you still see one from time to time. Im loosing sleep because I am afraid that one is going to crawl up my nose or in my ear, I cant have guess over to my home because Im afraid that they will see one and im will be embarrassed beyond measure. if they are not all gone in another week or so I will hire Orkin and use my own money to get rid of them. I wish I could move but I am close to my job and the rent is cheap. My suggestion is to ask about the roaches and what are they willing if you have the critters. I have PTSD from them now and I jump at the sight of a piece of lent. Beware!

My Apartment Community is really going to have it in for me now that I’ve written up a petition for all residents to sign, called there corporate office and call code enforcement regarding this extremely high water bill. It used to be included in the rent now I’m getting bills anywhere from $ 40-​$ 70 (well this month was $ 71) CRAZY!!! They have the nerve to tell me it’s based off of usage but we don’t have individual meters. Everyday I’m seeing UHaul trucks going out of here. Today is my off day and I will make it my business to handle this effectively until there is a change. And if not Birch Run Estates will have reviews flooding the internet.
Ok now that I took a minute to breathe any suggestions yall???

I moved in last month and I love my new home. My sun room is perfect for reading and studying while enjoying my view of nature. The closets are awesome, I still have more space. Floor plan is excellent for room mates or children. The community is quiet and friendly too! Management and maintenance couldn’t be better!!!
