As far as a state store in Pennsylvania goes this is one of the best. I don’t agree with the state store system but if you have to go to one go here. Then you can make the other stops for beer and groceries at two other different places which is silly. In California for example you can purchase wine at a rite aid.

Clarks Summit, PA
Great selection of wine and liquor. Prices are decent and they run sales pretty often. Many of the products also have rebates which is a nice bonus! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and there are samples and special displays fairly regularly. Open till 10pm every night except for Sunday which is also nice for last minute stock ups.
