My local Starbucks that I use ¾ times a week. Thankfully after ton of complaints last year on another survey app and taking to there head of marketing, they finally added baby changing facilities in restroom at this location. Being from England this is a requirement of all places that serves the public. Wow America is behind on some of these things. So hope all moms/​mums are using happily as down to me!

It would be hard to imagine an experience more unpleasant. The woman making the drinks would say «whoooo» or «yaaaay» whenever she made a drink. I.E. «Venti Mocha Yaaaay!»
Of the 40+ people that came in during the half hour I endured this, not one of them chose to stay inside.
Plus side: my tall coffee was made correctly.

While I frequent this location enroute to the Metra station in the morning, I’m not a ‘regular’. And I know this because several of the staff members (caveat — not everyone) treat you like a second-​class citizen if you aren’t on a ‘greet you by your first name/​memorized drink order’ basis. Even though the service isn’t always the friendliest, I appreciate that it is consistently quick and accurate. Because even us second-​class citizens like to make it to work on time.

This Starbucks is deserving of the 5 star rating, simply because of the great crew who work there! I work up the road and visit here about once per week. They are all so friendly, cheerful, and generally seem happy to be making my beverage, even when the line is out the door!
It also helps that this particular Starbucks has a little more charm than your typical Starbucks…
Combine the great staff, the cute charm of the building, and some of my favorite beverages out there, and you have the perfect escape from work… for about 10 minutes anyway!

First I have to admit, i’m a huge carmel macchiato fan, especially Starbucks. This is my local starbucks where I go for the majority of my coffee fix when I don’t make it myself.
The staff is great! they’re friendly, joke around, and really look like they have fun at work. Often I’ll be on the run and duck in at 8:57p after they’ve cleaned everything up for the day and ready to close at 9 but they’ll always make me a drink!
Great service with a great atmosphere.
Typical AT&T wifi which is great since I have iPhone.

Of all the Starbucks I have visited all over the country this one is my favorite! The staff could not be nicer! It is a small and cozy place very fitting for such a cute town.
